Estancia espectacular en Panna Villas. El hotel es precioso, un antiguo palacio restaurado, lleno de objetos y fotos increibles. Nos hospedamos en la habitación con vistas al lago y no pudimos ser mas felices…. El personal encantador, pendientes en todo momento, el servicio del restaurante genial, la comida la mejor que he probado en India, gtodas las persona que trabajan aqui tienen siempre la sonrisa para ti. Volveríamos aqui sin dudarlo si regresamos a Udaipur. Sin duda el mejor sitio que encontrarás aqui.

We went for dinner with family and small kids. The location of this property is excellent, just across the famous lake. You will get amazing voew from the roof top. The staff has provided us personal space for dining as we have 3 small kids. The food was delicious and quantity is also very good. We clicked lot of pictures and spend 3 hrs there. A good place to stay if you want a good cozy hotel. The decore is very impressive and gives you the royal vides of the mewadi style. over all a recommended place

Very bad experience and very bad behavior. And verry bad food and room service are not good. This hotel are totally bad service and experience and verey bad.

Everything about this place was disappointing — from the service to the cleanliness, nothing met even basic expectations. I would never recommend anyone to come here

A very pleasent and an aesthetic stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The stay is as advertised and an enjoyable one.

Hotel is clean and well-located, but deluxe rooms are very suffocating due to poor ventilation...........................

Extremely disappointed with the way they treat their customers. I have to call them more than 10 times for my booking. FRAUD and HELL. No reply from the booking team for one week. Once they confirmed, they mentioned the incorrect room category. Save your money and time.

Location is perfect. Just opp to the Fateh Sagar Lake, morning walks ***** the lake r a bliss. Old City area is just 10-15 minutes drive. Property is well maintained. Owner seems to have installed choicest products in the rooms, for e.g. TV which hardly anyone watches is also of Sony. Bathrooms r big and have top quality fittings. Mattress which generally is a big concern for me was also of good quality. Ample parking with 24hrs guard is available just outside the property close to the main road. Food quality is premium. I stayed for 4 nights, given a chance, I would love to come back again, as the Staff is highly caring and courteous.

In awe with the beauty of this place. Food, Rooms, Location is awesome. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is sweet and helpful. Property and ambience: property is well maintained and clean Location: It is located in front of Fatehsagar lake. Location is perfect.

Very comfortable stay with great view of fateh sagar lake. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great and prompt service by the hotel staff. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. The only downside was no lift but that was okay since our room was on ground floor.

The hospitality what you expect in Rajasthan/Udaipur, Pannavilas surpasses that. Excellent rooms, aesthetically and most of the rooms have different designs. Team is great and they take care of the minor details. I noticed that they have hired physically challenged team members also. Amazing view of Fatehsagar lake from the top Deck of the restaurant. Would definitely visit back with the family.

I am a single female western tourist and had a room booked here for several months in advance with my Indian guide and after spending 8 hours on a train and trying to check in at 11pm, the hotel staff made the decision not to allow a "foreigner" to check in with a "local". I could hear the hotel front desk staff on the phone with the manager repeatedly stating "foreigner, foreigner, foreigner, locaL, local, local". My advice is for no western tourist to ever stay in this hotel as they engage in discriminatory behavior in the name of religion, yet behave in cruel ways that are against religion such as not allowing a reservation for a foreign guest checking in at 11pm after a long journey. I also noticed that there was a group of about 15 young people on the second floor lobby at 11pm partying directly outside of the rooms, so I don't believe I would have slept here anyway with all of the obnoxious noise that the staff did nothing about.
