The location: Perfect, just 2 minutes walk to the City Palace. Only notice that cars can not reach to the hotel's door because it's located inside steep alley. The staff: very welcoming ,specially Nitesh, and trying to help us to enjoy our trip in Udaipur with their recommendations without any push to upsell hotel's services. Brilliant work by all of them, from the bellboy and doorman to the reception and the restaurant staff. The room: very clean, great shower, amazing view to the lake. Well minimalist decorations and also writing your name on a chalkboard beside your room which is beautiful. Foods: the lunch was so delicious, we ate Biryani. The complimentary tea on the rooftop for the sunset was an amazing idea by the hotel's managers. We didn't like the breakfast so much, it was so simple and completely different from the pictures on Google Maps but the staff's amazing attitude and behavior makes this issue go unnoticed. One thing to notice is there is no elevator so you need to go up the stairs for 3-4 level, as there are 3 levels for the rooms and the restaurant is on the 4th level. But if you are young like us, then that wouldn't be any problem and staying at this beautiful hotel worth to climb stairs.

The hotel is centrally located directly next to Lake Pichola. You cannot reach the hotel with a car, so arriving from the airport will require a rickshaw or walking approximately 300 meters from the City Palace. Also, those 300 meters are slightly hilly. The hotel is very clean with modern aesthetics and decor. There is no elevator, but there is staff readily available to assist with bags and luggage. There is a rooftop restaurant with amazing views of Lake Pichola while offering good food at a reasonable price. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and would consider staying again if we return to Udaipur in the future.

After travelling for a week in india, this hotel definitely had the best shower. Plenty of water and pressure. Room was small but was very clean and had a lovely view of the lake. The location cannot be reached by car, so definitely contact the property beforehand to meet you somewhere to bring the luggage to the hotel. The property did try to warn me before hand via a message when booking, but who reads all the messages. So we didn't realise until the car we had stopped 10 mins walk away from the hotel. So not their fault but I would recommend taking note of this. Other then the above the property was lovely and comfortable. Would recommend.

The location is pretty good as the hotel is located next to the city palace of udaipur and on the banks of Lake pichola. The staff is friendly and the food is pretty tasty as well.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement un bijou d’Udaipur! Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et la chambre est somptueuse: lit confortable, biscuits et frigo garni, bain de fleurs à l’arrivée et vue à couper le souffle. La nourriture du restaurant est savoureuse et la vue est imprenable sur le lac Pichola. Mention spéciale pour Mahendra dont le sourire chaleureux et le professionnalisme ont été impeccables. L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé dans l’ancienne ville. Pour finir, lors de notre départ, les routes étaient barrées suite au décès du Maharana. Le personnel nous a accompagné jusqu’à notre chauffeur en marchant pendant un quart d’heure avec nos valises: adorables!

Vor allem Nitesh und Parwan haben sich um alles gekümmert, was den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen kann. Klein und versteckt, aber super schön und alles was *** für einen schönen und komfortablen Aufenthalt in Udaipur braucht! Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Dachterrasse und die Organisation der „letzten Meile“ mit Tuktuk.
