蘇文住宅酒店(Hotel Suvin Residency - Rooftop Swimming Pool)

They charged me extra money they told me you have to pay 1000 rs. For before 2 hrs to checkin i was shocked and told them only it's 10' o clock already why would i do that i spent 2 hrs outside the hotel then they said okay 500 you have to pay than.

worth staying🙌 The rooms were quite good and the roof top pool was awesome. The only backdrop is that it is min. 6-7 kms away from all tourist attraction points but that can be covered if you're taking your own car.

Good comfortable stay, the staff attended to all needs. Over pleasant experience. Room upkeep was excellent, what all issues like hot water jar repair etc were immediately attended.

Nice location. Good rooms but cleaning can be improved. Washrooms were stinking a bit. Great food though.

Hotel was good but check out time was too early. And they charged for early check-in in same date as well. Staff is polite and cooperative. Overall good experience but could be better.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was disgustingly dirty, reeking of an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. The staff's apathy towards my complaints added insult to injury, providing a level of service that bordered on neglect. The amenities were a joke, failing to meet even the lowest standards. They took our aadhar cards and never returned.

The scent of fresh towels and toiletries greet you as you open the door. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee during breakfast at the restaurant wafts through the air. The friendly staff members greet you with a smile and ensure you have everything you need. The swimming pool is a feather in the cap of suvin residency. Overall a great experience during my stay with family.
