From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly located—but what truly sets it apart is the owner’s kindness and hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, offering thoughtful conversations that made me feel more like a guest in their home than a customer. If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort with connection, this is it. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the City Inn hotel at 1 p.m. on Monday 9th of February. Upon arrival the hotel manager, the owner of the hotel, rushed out to tell me that the room that I booked was not ready for service due to airconditioner mal-function. And there were no other rooms available. She put me in another hotel across from her hotel. This hotel was called Mani Residence. The room has no television set, no toilet paper, no shelf for toileteries. I had to place facial foam tube on the floor while showering. There was no shower curtain, so the water was everywhere while showering. The value that I got was lower than that I paid for. I hope something should be done about this matter.I was upset with both City Inn's arrangement and the Mani Residence.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the bus terminal, which made getting around extremely easy. Although there was no hairdryer or toothbrush in the room, and the liquid provided in the shower was not clearly labelled, these were only minor inconveniences. The room layout means the toilet door touches the toilet bowl, but it did not affect my stay. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the security of the property felt very reliable.
