阿爾弗斯頓普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Ulverston)

Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand. The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed. Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

The hotel is modern, clean and located in a good spot to explore the town and 25 mins from Windermere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to make me fresh poached eggs even though there were plenty on the breakfast counter. Free parking and a nice view of the river and lighthouse. Great value for money and the food was good for the prices. I would definitely stay again.

We visited the Premier Inn in Ulverston for a drink. We were greeted by Logan on entry. We only came down for one but we were made to feel so welcomed by Logan, Maya and Sam that we had a couple more! A simple functional bar made lovely by chatty staff. Nice clean bar and restaurant area with some good wine choices. We will definitely be back.

Sam and her team do there best to accommodate anyone , I been staying here along time for work , nothing is to much of a problem if they can help they will go over and beyond , food is nice and made to feel home from home .Night staff are always friendly and on hand to assist , and the cleaning is to a level I would expect ,

I have to say the staff here Dave, Tyler and Emma have been fantastic, sadly we were here staying for a family funeral but the staff have been so caring and understanding after learning the reason we were staying at this time. They were able to sort out an early check in for us so we could get changed ready for the funeral after the couple of hours drive to get here, they have looked after my parents who came down a few days earlier, offering a personal touch and giving my mum a sympathy card from the staff members. The rooms were tidy and clean, extra pillows were available and a good hair dryer already in the room. This really shows the care the staff have for their customers and that personal touch meant so much to my family, thank you we will be back

A team member saw there were multiple bookings for large parties (ours being one) and came in on their days off to assist and deliver the experience a customer would expect. And as expected from Premiere Inn, the room was spotless and the whole team friendly and helpful.

very Clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. David, one of the waiters, was absolutely lovely. Couldn't do enough. Also he recommended some lovely day trips. We felt very looked after and welcomed by him. The chef was a lovely lady Helen. We stayed on 21/22nd March. I have allergies to wheat and they were happy to provide a gluten free breakfast for me. David and Helen are a asset to Premier Inm

We've stayed at this Premier Inn several times as we like the area for walking. Had a two night stay 15-17 March. Room was clean overlooking the infamous Pepperpot with plenty hot water, vegan shower gel and hand wash. We ate in the restaurant on the second night and it was raining so bad and we couldn't brave the weather to walk into town . We enjoyed the vegan options of tomato soup with ciabatta bread then tomato and chilli linguine with a few sides. Shame the vegan pudding was apple pie with no vegan cream or ice cream but we had brought our own dessert to have in the room after. Vegan options are a little boring but at least we can eat there. Must mention the two members of staff in the restaurant. Now I didn't get their names but one lady had very dark hair, fabulous nails and dark lipstick and the other had long blonde hair and both wore glasses. They were fantastic even under pressure as it was busy and they had to tell people of delays with food coming out the kitchen. You could not ask for nicer staff, friendly, happy, smiley, had a bit of a chat and always said if there is anything I can help with just let me know.we We will definitely revisit we had a great trip.
