默克羅夫特莊園精品鄉村酒店(Moorcroft Manor Boutique Country Hotel)

Das Moorcroft Manor Hotel verfügt über das einzige täglich geöffnete Restaurant in der weiteren Umgebung (und Nebensaison), das sollte man nicht unterschätzen, vor allem bei Dunkelheit. Die Zimmer sind im britischen Stil eingerichtet und bis auf den Teppich war alles gut in Schuss und sauber. Wir hatten die Honeymoon Suite mit eigenem Sitzbereich auf der Terrasse und wunderbaren Ausblicken auf die schöne Gartenanlage und die Berge. Der Restaurantbereich ist nicht unbedingt gemütlich, aber das Essen war sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen sehr gut. Und vor der Bar ist ein netter Kamin, der gut Wärme abgibt. Das Hotel ist etwas zurückversetzt von der Straße und somit total ruhig.

We had a great experience with Moorcroft Manor , very neat and tidy with friendly staff, our room was amazing , all in all a great time was had , will definitely stay next year again, was also a bonus not having to travel into town for food the restaurant on site was fantastic

My wife and I stayed one night at Moorcroft Manor on 28 January 2024. Having been there previously we knew what to expect, and we were not disappointed. Their standard remains high in all areas including both breakfast and dinner. Bruce & Dianne van den Bosch

Arrived to a rather cold reception and was looking forward to a warm cozy room … suprise, the room was very cold with no aircon or heater or electric blanket. This was mid winter!! Went to reception and Clement said there was underfloor heating…. He came and shifted the bed away to plugin the underfloor heating… we went for supper and hoping for a warmer room on return…. No luck it was still bitterly cold. The receptionist eventually gave us his little fan heater for the night.

Although I was only at Moorcroft for one night I enjoyed my visit. I enjoyed both an evening meal and breakfast before I left. I will stay at Moorcroft Manor again and plan to engineer a few more days into my visit to enjoy more of what the area has to offer!

Well located to visit the Sani Pass, a few kilometers away and the service is outstanding. It has a homely feeling, and the staff give you enough space that you feel at home. It has an a la carte restaurant and the food is good.

This was our fourth stay in 4 years, and as good as ever. Many of the staff are long serving. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable with views across the lawn to the mountains. Our group of 5 ate all our meals at the restaurant and enjoyed them all.

This was our 5th visit to Moorcroft. We keep coming back for the comfortable rooms and good food and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, especially Constance. We once again enjoyed the tranquil surroundings it was the perfect base for our trip up the Sani Pass

We booked last minute at Moorcroft Manor and from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and most importantly in June - warm! The underfloor heating was a delight. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious, and finished our wine by a roaring fire in the lounge. The bed and linen was extremely comfortable and the double shower fantastic!
