The bathroom was unclean. I had to buy cleaning products to clean tub, hair was all over bathroom floor. Flies, a centipede and spiders were in the room. Cleaning crew never visited my room for fresh towels or to clean. Phone in the room ironically did not work to call the front desk. Would never stay at a Quality Inn ever again.

Got to door, kept it away from my phone, didn't work. Went back to desk, she reprogrammed new card and told me she would meet me at door. Third key didnt work with her trying, however the master key worked. She told us sorry, but there is nothing I can do, we have no other rooms and this isnt working. We were stuck 3 hrs away with no where to stay. She was rude, didnt attempt to call a manager or solve the problem. I do not recommend this hotel.
