Alles gut

La habitación cumple las expectativas pero mejorable en confort, sobre todo las almohadas. Tuve problemas en la recepcion con un impuesto local, pero finalmente lo solucionaron invitándonos al desayuno, muy correctos amables y aportando soluciones.

Hôtel au top. Parking gratuit. Literie très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel accueillant et courtois. Rien à redire. Rue passante mais peu bruyante la nuit. Je recommande.

The room is located next to a very busy road: not well rested due to high traffic. There is also sewage cover in the road that cars drive over which creates the noise that resembles a window banging. As it is every time a car passes it is a lot. The pillows are lumpy sacks that provide no support at all. The room is very hot and the only way to cool it down is to turn on a very noisy fan. Also there are lamps everywhere, just not plugged in The bathroom has two leaking soap dispensers and the vanity kit was empty. The sink drain was clogged so we had to take the plug out with our hands. And if that was not all... After flushing the toilet the button just fell off IN THE TOILET. You cant call this a hotel anymore and this one of the worst places (for 300 euros) that we stayed in. While checking out we told them our points of feedback (end of august) but no response so far.
