Holiday Inn Express 波士頓米爾福德(Holiday Inn Express Boston-Milford)

The staff were pleasant, the room was very dirty. The bathroom was covered in mold. The pool was ok but it was dirty also. It was an indoor pool and there were dead bugs in it. The breakfast was good but there should be a designated room for the meal. The buffet is out in The front lobby where people are walking in and out watching you eat. Overall everything was ok.

Checked in and walked into room and it first smelled like major BO. Then I sat down on couch and the whole bedroom area smelled so funky and not cleaned. I asked for another room and that room smelled clean when I walked in but later went to go in the bathroom and it was loaded with mold. I couldn’t even bathe my baby. The bed was so stiff and uncomfortable

This is a gem of a hotel. Reasonably priced, professionally run, and well equipped with amenities such as a pool, a spa, and a wonderful morning breakfast. All staff demonstrated a great attitude and customer orientation. An overall pleasant experienced.

Stain on the carpet funny odor one I enter the room I did let the clerk know she said someone would spray the room . I sprayed my self 1st .. I was very disappointed the fact that I booked 1 king room that I paid for Come to find out when I got there I was asked if I want 1st floor or 2nd or 3rd floor I was never told they had no more king room Why not tell me not just ask what floor would you like .. my husband is a bit overweight and we always book king We got to full size bed he had one I had the other one he was not comfortable at all So we did not had a good Mother’s Day weekend 😢

Booked this hotel back in Jan 2023 for may so let for the hot tub feature, however when we arrived we were informed on arrival the hot tub was out of service. Wish we were updated sooner so we could have made other arrangements. Was informed the hot tub broke in April.

Booked a non-smoking two-bed room, was assigned to a smoking one-bed room, saying all rooms are sold out! I was forced to accept that because it was 10:30pm, and I have no options at all. Cannot sleep during the night.

The breakfast had no drinks other than coffee. They were out of most food items. The clerk charged us twice for our stay, told us the day shift would adjust it and they had no idea what we were talking about when we mentioned it at check-out.

Everything was great except for the walk in shower situation. I have 1 leg and had to sit on the handicap chair. You can't have the soap and shampoo on the othe side of the wall that is un detachable. That makes it very difficult.

Wasn’t a lot of parking, the lobby was full of people screaming and drinking. The person that waited on us seemed to take a long time to help us. Was changed before I had arrived at the hotel.
