Banyomuzda hamam böceği vardı! Kusura bakmayın bile demediler. Kahvaltı için yukarı çıktık çay yoktu. Çay akıtan kısım tıkanmış.Hanımefendi tek ilgilendiği için bize bir çay yapana kadar kalkıp gittik. Resepsiyon asla yerinde olmuyor bulamazsınız! Bir daha tercih etmem

Çok güzel ve konforlu bir otel. Konumu oteller bölgesinde, açıkhava müzesine 5 dak, kafe ve restaurantlara 2 dakika . Kahvaltı hizmeti gerçekten çok güzel. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar, konukseverlik mükemmel. Süit otelde kaldık ve odaya ait özel hamamı çok temizdi. Otel sahibi Ayşin Hanım uzun yıllardır tur rehberi ve tecrübesini de yansıtıyor. Bir daha ziyaret ettiğimizde gideceğimiz tek otel.

Otelin kapısından girdiğin andan itibaren bahçenin güzel havasını hissediyorsunuz . Kaldığım oda çok güzeldi. Konforluydu. Ve kocaman bir hamamı vardı. Haman kültürünü sevenlere için ideal. Kahvaltısı güzel. Çalışanları güler yüzlü idi. Keyifle bahçesinde kahvenizi yudumlayabilirsiniz. Sakin güzel ve otantik bir otel arıyorsanız yeri diyebilirim:)

.The hotel is quaint and charming. The rooms are unique and very spacious and very warm, was especially impressed with tge heated floors and towel warmers. A modest, tasty breakfast was provided. Our host, Uözkan was super sweet, kind and very accommodating to our needs. Just meeting him was a highlight of its own

Rooms are not that bad well maintained, just had small issue with the AC, but the people who works in there changed the perspective. They really look after you. The breakfast is limited choices but they are tasty. The special surprise is amazing. Thankyou so much, really means a lot.

I really love this hotel. The room is very beautiful and very clean at will. All staff here's so kind special is Resaveion she is so kind help full and always smiling. Even location is so nice good for relaxing. I am sure in the future if I have to go to visit cappadocia in Turkey again. I still should be at this hotel staying again. I can feel the same as the name of Hotel. I am stey in Haven cave.

Quaint hotel. Excellent room with round bed. Spacious, until you discover the details. Couldn’t open the cold water tap at the basin. Shaving gonna be a problem. The electric fittings above the basin leave much to be desired. The fittings on the bath need tender loving care. The bath cold water smelt like a sewer, since we couldn’t open the tap on the basin.

We had a mediocre stay. Our room was dusty and the unnecessarily big bed (which were 2 put together) took up all the space in the room, hence there were barely any room for luggages. Bathroom was terrible (no barrier to block the shower water from flooding the whole floor). Door handle was broken. We did not have breakfast and can’t comment on it.
