Muito bom, provavelmente o melhor de Ushuaia. Spa fantástico, varias piscinas com diferentes temperaturas e saunas individuais que fazem toda a diferença. arquitetura é diferenciada

Muy lindo todo hermosos paisaje

I had a bad experience. I tried to arrange a surprise for my wife, but not only did they not understand my request, but I was ignored when I tried to explain. The reception was surprised when we asked about VAT exemption for foreigners and said that this did not exist (whereas in Buenos Aires and Bariloche we were entitled). They made us wait 40 minutes for our dinner table when it was ready and they didn't tell us. The water in the bathtub started to come out brown and not heat up, but the staff said that was normal. When I insisted that it wasn't, they promised to send someone from maintenance, but that never happened. The covering had old wine stains. An order for the à la carte breakfast (omelet) took more than 40 minutes. The air conditioning temperature control stopped working on the last day. The staff did not want to help book a taxi to take us back to the airport, claiming that we did not book this service at check-in (although they did not inform us of this). In short, a two-star hotel that charges as if it were five, with unprepared and uninterested staff in resolving guests' problems. It appears that there is no manager or concierge at this hotel. I do not recommend.

Si bien queda a unos cuantos minutos del centro de la Ciudad la calle hasta llegar tiene vistas preciosas. Nosotros no nos hospedamos, vinimos en la mañana a conocer. Fueron muy amables, nos permitieron pasar, conocer el lobby, salir al patio y desayunar. También se puede pagar el buffet de desayuno aunque no te estés hospedando aquí. Vale la pena tom**** un rato y venir. Nosotros estuvimos 1 h. Las instalaciones son hermosas, tiene unas vistas espectaculares al canal y a la ciudad.

El hotel es impresionante. Tiene instalaciones impecables. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y súper cómodas. Una de las piscinas más lindas y originales. En ningún momento sentimos que fallara algo. Se nota el personal bien capacitado y el buen trabajo que se logra solo en equipo. El bar tiene una vista espectacular y la comida es bastante buena. En el restaurante principal, en el desayuno está Nico quien nos atendió de una manera exageradamente amable desde el primer momento en que entramos al buffet. Ya en la noche, Ignacio nos recibió con una sonrisa, nos recomendó lo mejor de la carta y sus sugerencias de vinos y demás bebidas fueron acertadas, se nota el conocimiento que tiene en el tema de los vinos. La parrilla a cargo de Gustavo, está impecablemente llevada. Falta estómago para disfrutar de todo lo que se ofrece en ella. Arakur, en mi humilde opinión pone la vara muy alta para los hoteles de la zona y de otros sitios vale cada peso y más. Espero volver muchas veces y desde luego, lo recomiendo

部屋からの眺めは最高！ビーグル水道、夜はウシュアイアの夜景がとても綺麗。ウシュアイアの町から離れていますが、ホテルからシャトルバスが出てます。 部屋はとても快適、朝食ビュッフェは沢山種類があり、そしてLa Cravia レストランでのディナーも美味しくサービスも良く、満足した3日間の滞在でした。

die Auffahrt auf der Sandstraße mag nicht verheißungsvoll wirken aber umso schöner die Überraschung bei Ankunft: architektonisch gelungen, Lage einmalig, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent Zimmer mit Blick nach Ushuai und Beagle Kanal Außenpool mit Blick unbedingt mit einem Glas Champagner genießen ein würdiger Beginn für die Antarktis Reise

Espetacular esse hotel que nos recebeu 3 dias em ushuaia... adoramos, não queríamos ir embora kkkk a atenção dos funcionários, o café da manhã, a vista do quarto, os yacuzis com vista para as montanhas... um sonho.. Se você tiver a possibilidade, tem que ir....

Na het drukke Buenos Aires naar Patagonië voor de natuurparken, het Beagel Kanaal. Dit hotel ligt op 500m hoogte (schatting) met waanzinnig uitzicht over de stad, het beagel lanaal en de bergen. Het heeft in de lounges en de spa en de duurdere kamers een uitzicht dat kilometers ver reikt. Onvergetelijk
