Für einen kurzen städtetrip ok , ok Grunde etwas zu teuer für Ausstattung und Angebot des Frühstücks . Alles in allem war es sauber und das Personal bemüht . Werde denk ich wieder kommen falls ich nochmal nach uster muss

Stayed here in 2020 and a return 2 years later did not disappoint….. great hotel, great food and great staff. It’s a good advocate for Swiss efficiency and you wouldn’t be disappointed. Well done! The Turkish pizza cafe directly opposite the hotel is a 60 second walk and worth visiting too.

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral in Uster. Mit dem Auto angekommen, hatte Garage gebucht, runter in U2 und direkt mit dem Lift zur Reception. Freundlicher Empfang, alles sehr speditiv. Das Zimmer sehr gross, modern und sauber. Bequemes Bett alles sehr modern. Danach an die Bar was trinken. Auch hier freundliches Personal. Alles sehr modern und schön. Frühstück grosse Auswahl am Buffet, wurde dauernd aufgefüllt, so dass man gestärkt in den Tag starten kann. Ich finde Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Ich persönlich fand das moderne Flair des Hotels als sehr schön und angenehm. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen, wenn ich wieder mal in Uster bin.

Super Preis-Leistungs -Verhältnis! Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sehr geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, sehr modern und frisch. Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Immer meine erste Wahl, wann immer ich nach Uster kommen für Geschäfts- oder Freizeitreisende gleichermaßen.

The breakfast is poorer and could be improved a little bit. I see it the same since 9 years already. Otherwise the Hotel is great, after the renovation. Spacious rooms, a lot of light due the big window. Really nice garden on the top of the shops, a place where you can relax a bit after a long day. The Mall is right below of you, with many shopping possibilities.

the staff were very helpful. I found the room to be too hot even with the windows open. The mattress was very comfortable.

We had a great 2 nights stay at Hotel Illuster and would highly recommend to anyone who comes to Uster, either with business or for pleasure. The bed is super comfy, the room nicely sized and furnished, and the breakfast delicious. There are only 2 inconvenients - the bathroom is quite small and there is no A/C. Otherwise, everything was 5 stars quality.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Illuster. It was a last minute booking as we had arrived in Switzerland and did not like our original accommodation we booked (another hotel) so got online and found this one instead. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall and we parked underneath the mall. We had to pay a small charge at the hotel to park there. The hotel is in a nice area with quite a few shops and restaurants. Not far from the hotel is the countryside and mountains and we had a great time exploring the surrounding area. Our room had a balcony and the view was pretty good. The hotel was clean and quiet.
