果阿凱尼爾沃思水療度假村(Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Goa)

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

The room was very clean, food were delicious, and view of the swimming pool was fantastic. I had a great time there.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful. One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

Établissement bien tenu, avec un personnel très courtois et disponible, en particulier la chef Usmila du restaurant Kai. Par contre, notre séjour a été gâché par le bruit de tous les mariages qui se sont succédés dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Sur un séjour de 5 jours, nous avons dû subir 4 jours de mariage sous nos fenêtres avec des sonos à fond. Vu le prix de notre suite, nous avons trouvé cela inadmissible, car nous avions choisi cet établissement pour nous reposer à la fin de notre séjour en Inde.

Très bon hôtel, c'est un paradis. Très bonne cuisine avec une grande diversité de plats, de saveurs de la plus douce à la plus piquante, service impeccable! Le personnel est attentionné, on s'y sent bien, le retour à. La vraie vie sera rude. Bref très bien

We stayed here for family vacation. All seemed good until we found fungus growing heavily in the bottom of drinking glass bottle while having lunch. We complained to the staff but they gave no attention to it. Then we asked them to call ***ager or some concerned person from F&B. But not only the entire staff, even the ***ager was too reluctant to come and meet us. Despite asking them several times nobody came to us and address the issue. I guess they only turn up when someone gets hospitalized after consuming their water and food. We have small kids and elderly person in the family, this matter made us really worried for their health. After paying a good hefty amount, this is the last thing to expect from such a 5-star property. Here no 5-star standards are maintained.
