Very clean and all the basic needs fulfilled at viraz valley. The service is prompt. View is also good. Food is good too. They would arrange two wheelers for rent also. They helped us plan the sightseeing places. Overall a great stay with affordable prices

The views of the hotel are incredible, especially from the restaurant! I would never get tired of those views! The room was huge, even had a kitchenette, a balcony with the stunning view again, and all the comfort. Staff was very friendly and quick to bring anything to the room when required. Staff in the restaurant was also very good, and big thanks to the one *** I could practice my Kannada skills with! :) Definitely extra points for that as this was the reason I was coming to tour around Karnataka! It was an amazing stay, so relaxing, we would love to come back! Tumba dhanyavadagaLu & matte sigoNa!

Very nice hotel to stay in karnar. Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is centrally located. Close to the market and also the main beach. They also have a seafood restaurant within walking distance and is good The people at the reception as well as the manager Mr. Amit Bindra are very helpful.

Actually we have use the trip for guarantee but you didn't get little guarantee it is come to race so it is very difficult to travel with family so we have face to some problem on they are given some money to the tc and the taken it work and electron we have book the room through makemytrip that is okay but the person is telling that it should be on 6 to 12 so that we have discussed with them and we have given some money to give the room early so finally it is okay but need to be improve the trip guarantee promise thank you. No thanks

To start with the only good thing about this vacation was the property is nice and in a good location. The resort is totally understaffed and they really struggle to provide service to the guests. The maintenance is pathetic. People who do house keeping have no clue as to what house keeping means. Every day I had to complain about lack of one thing or the other. The extra bed that was provided was horrible and very uncomfortable and hard. Finally the food part - very very poor breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner buffet also very poor. Very few dishes and service is pathetic. It takes hours to provide you food. Very poor hygiene not enough people to serve and tables are left uncleaned after guests complete their meals. Originally planned for a 5 day stay here but had to cut short as 2 of our family members fell sick and had to be taken to hospital. We could see some more guests also falling sick. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and people were getting into the pool with their regular clothes on. The equipment in the play room were broken and the place was also used as a store room and it was untidy.

We booked a standard room for 1N here and went without any expectations. Surprisingly we were very happy with our choice. Managed very well by JLR. The staff here at very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic yet they have all the faculty you need while on a holiday. Location of the resort on the banks of the river Kali is amazing! Food provided in the resort is very good. All the 3 meals we had were delicious and served piping hot. River rafting organised by JLR is very safe and they do not organise rafting trips without a minimum number of 5 people. The property is very calm and surrounded by greenery. Design of the room interiors is not appealing. Understandable that this property is around 25yrs old. No complaints since we had a very good stay.
