Recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their seamless coordination in providing an early check-in and late check-out without any hassle truly enhanced my stay. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters were exceptional—perfectly cooked, bursting with flavors, and served with great presentation. Each bite was a treat to the palate, and it’s evident that the culinary team puts a lot of thought and passion into their work. The service deserves special mention as well—the staff was attentive, professional, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. My overall experience was so good that I am already looking forward to my next trip. This hotel has set a benchmark in hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

自從我到這裏,服務...沒印象好幾次打電話拿東西,很多時候前台或housekeeping沒人接。沒有手巾很可笑!!今天問了好幾次,最後晚上手巾被送來了幾個前台工作人員告訴我用紙巾,誰可以用紙巾擦溼臉..會粘滿臉!!!除了洗手液、沐浴露和洗髮水...沒有洗液、洗漱台等洗漱用品?!對於今天時代像類這樣的酒店,這個低於標準。水壺很髒,上面粘滿了棕色殘留物....得知這家酒店是同一爐子供應非veg和veg的,非常失望...如果我知道我永遠不會留在這裏,並且認爲我支付了早餐...Vv失望,在古吉拉特,期望veg和非veg在獨立的廚房裏準備並在獨立的空間服務並不罕見....我選擇類酒店,因爲我多年前有過很好的體驗,但顯然現在的標準v低,服務也很糟糕...每次重新進酒店都要打電話獲取wifi碼...在這裏6天,每天最少進出3次,前台期望我每台設備拿18+碼....太可笑了!!!沒有隔音,房間裏可以聽到所有喇叭等。唯一好的是牀單是v乾淨。

酒店服務好，提供機場接送，包車服務。酒店早餐不錯，比薩，果汁都好吃，房間不很大，房間裝修一般。酒店在市區，離機場不是很遠，比較方便。

第一次來vadodara,在這裏住了10天左右。必須說位置,工作人員,充足的停車位,wifi速度好,食物不錯..幾乎一切都很好,很好..幾乎在主市中心,特別是晚上當你穿過allkapuri地區時,時間非常好。我會給10/10它的位置,它是vadodara最好的地區之一,晚上看起來好熱鬧。從這裏可以通勤在vadodara內的任何地方,很容易獲得汽車,出租車等。總體不錯的體驗,一定會再次入住這裏。感謝貝斯特韋斯特...感謝Vadodara...

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

每次出差都住這個酒店，確實不錯，也是broda最好的酒店。乾淨衛生，服務好，下次來出差一定還住這個酒店。
