Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

I booked here for 4 nights from 01/14/23 to 01/18/23. However some VERY BAD EXPERIENCES I HAD ARE AS BELOW 1) Stay here if you are used to wake up daily at 5am due to RELIGIOUS PRAYERS. 2) They have a strange rule wherein the breakfast (For which we paid additional amount) is supposed to be consumed all in one go, BUT WHO ON EARTH WOULD HAVE BREAKFAST TWICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY HAD ENOUGH IN THE BEGINNING? To My wife who after having her tea went back to room for nature's call, the breakfast incharge said you cannot COME BACK WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS AND HUMILIATING (She faced this on the next day at the breakfast table) 3) Last but not least poor wifi ( Attached pic, I was in room 203) +note that they provide NO WIFI IN LOBBY) My rating - room service 5/5, Breakfast food items 3.5/5, house keeping 4/5), Room rates 3/5

Great service by staff members especially Kajal, Dipasa and Tanima. Very courteous any supportive. Made the overall experience great and comfortable. Kitchen serves a gourmet cuisine with some really healthy options and rates and quantity are very satisfying. Room sizes could have been slightly bigger, however comes with all the needed amenities. Overall a good experience.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

Everything was fantastic! From service to the food! The staff was very gentle and polite. They served food on time thus we didn’t have to wait for a long time. The ambiance was quiet and aesthetic. We had a really good experience & would surely visit again.

The food and the service provided by the hotel were awesome.The staffs were too friendly and co operative.We stayed for 2 days with our friends.The interior of the hotel was too good and attractive.As we entered the hotel the staff welcomed with welcome drinks.Then they took to our respective rooms . The room were well furnished equipped with all electronics goods and better quality internet services.They provided with us all their standard meals. We were specifically recommended by our friend Raju Yadav and Mukesh. Thank you and please do visit with Ur friends and family for the heavenly experience.

訪訪客My stay was excellent, my room was neat and clean, the staff was very polite and cooperative, a wonderful hospitality was shown to me, the location is also great of the hotel, i had been warmly greeted and my requests were looked after. The room service was also very quick. Overall i had a wonderful experience and i would love to visit it again.

訪訪客Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

1. Location not so satisfy for me . 30 minutes walking from Patan Junction Railway station and around 1 hours walking distance to Rani Ki Vav . It will be Ok if you travel by your own car . Local rickshaw drivers around were greedy and will charge you double if you are foreigner.
