I understand that it is a self-checking hotel, but I was very surprised that there was no staff at all throughout the stay. I had so many questions to ask besides check-in. Unfortunately, there was no one to assist. You cannot even select your room (as there was no receptionist). I did not like my balcony, it was not private (shared). I felt as if it was a false advertisement for the suite. If you have any problem, you have to call a number left. So to stay in this hotel you must have your phone working and ready to pay for the expensive roaming charge. I only wanted to ask where to take the covid PCR test (for my return flight requirement), this has cost me a lot on the phone bill. The person I talked to was also not very helpful. At first, she stressed out to me that this is just a hotel, she shouldn't be assisting me on this (traveled twice a month, first time I received this kind of response). Finally, she gave me a number to call (after telling her I was disappointed without her assistance). The whole area around this hotel was also very dull and boring.
