A fuir litterie horrible lit 1m40 chambre Méga petite avec 2 lits superposés impossible a 4 Salle de bains sale Hôtel dans son jus rien n a été fait depuis 1965 Rideaux à moitié occultant qui ne ferme pas bien Bouilloire dans les chambres avec 4 tasses 3 petits thé pour un séjour de 4 nuits le nettoyage des tasses n ont jamais été nettoyé pour un séjour de 4 nuits des notre arrivée Hotel 3 étoiles je ne comprends pas c est impossible pas de bar le soir pas d ascenseur pas de services Local à ski très petits .

Ottimo hotel, camere accoglienti e pulite, colazione abbondante, vicinissimo a piedi agli impianti da sci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo se si tiene conto del costo medio degli hotel a Val d'Isere. Non ha parcheggio ma c'è un parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte, a pagamento (in inverno €29 al giorno)

Per motivi non dipendenti la mia volontà (Colle del Moncenisio I Col de Isoad chiusi per cattivo tempo) telefonavo presso la struttura che non la avrei potuto raggiungere, se eventualmente si poteva cambiare data o usufruire del pagamento in un altro periodo anno sucessivo, la risposta è stata vaga e non professionale, ho inviato alcune mail, ma senza risposta

Lit, matelas catastrophique, salle de bain à refaire bruit des Voisin de chambre très présent. Bien situé et bon acxueil

Stayed here for a week in March. The location is excellent and the Hotel is a little rustic, but comfortable. Our room was fine, cleaned every day and good for 2 adults. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the serving staff helpful. The lounge had a lovely open fire which was great for an evening drink. Yes the room was warm at night but rather that than cold. There was some late night noise at times but after a good days skiing an evening meal in one of the many very good restaurants and a few drinks it was not really an issue, remember it is a lively ski resort and if its not for you stay on the outskirts. The best part of the Hotel was the staff, all were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. All together it is very good value.

Even when positioned as a budget hotel, this is a modest option. communal Parts are okay,, although tired, breakfast okay, despite commentary to the contrary in other reviews, but the room we stayed in, was too small to be fit for purpose for two people, even one adult and one child. It was dark, dingy, not particularly clean, very hot, and given the noise, externally, it is not possible to sleep with the window open or ajar. Despite a fabulous location, centrally in the town, you need to read all the reviews very carefully before deciding to stay here.

Fantastic Staff. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms very warm and comfortable. Water hot and constant. Beds made and fresh towels everyday.Superb views. Super central. Minutes walk to lifts, town centre & restaurants etc. Spotless throughout. Rustic. Brilliant breakfasts every day. Would highly recommend. Don't understand anybody that has left negative comments. My only critique, very small ski storage room. They have a great boot dryer system. But there are 3-4 times the amount of boots/skis/poles etc that the ski room can take. Makes the process of getting and dropping off your ski equipment a bit of a pain. Would still stay again. Thank you for a great holiday

A wonderful place to stay in Val D'Isere - very central and great location for easy access to the slopes and the shops, bars and restaurants of the town. The staff really stood out, and made the stay extra special. Breakfast is great and views from the rooms are outstanding. We can't wait to come back!

Petit hôtel plein centre quasiment ( Pking et remontées à proximité) . Bon accueil, local skis en rdc chauffé top . Chambre double sup vue montagne très correcte , relativement simple mais très propre . Petit dej correct . 2 bémols : l’insonorisation n’est pas exceptionnelle mais c’était supportable pour nous et il n’y a plus d’accueil après 22 h avec un hôtel ouvert … n’importe qui peut entrer !

Hôtel les Crêtes Blanches was a very comfortable stay for our December 2023 ski holiday. We occupied 2 adjacent twin rooms as 3 brothers travelling with Dad. Both rooms and bathrooms couldn't have been cleaner (I would classify the bathrooms as spotless), and were well heated throughout the day and night. Our beds were made everyday by room service. The self-service breakfast served each day was top quality and varied, and all hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's reception / lobby seating was very cosy with snow blowing past the window. Val-d'Isere has lots of bars, restaurants and shops within very easy reach of this hotel, and the slopes are an easy walking distance away. So, all in all, we were very happy with our choice of this hotel.

The hotel is really well located and the staff were helpful and nice. The big downside is that the rooms have really poor soundproofing between rooms, so if you have noisy neighbours, as we did - on both sides, at 2.30am for 4 days out of 6 - sleep is unfortunately an optional extra. The staff did their best to ask the other residents (from a couple of big groups) to keep the noise down, but to little effect. This was a shame, since in all other respects, the hotel was great.
