聖馬丁山套房酒店的評價

There is no reception, the house is very secluded, and the check-in process is not clear. We spent more than an hour looking for it. However, the location is excellent, in the core city area.

the location is great and the room as well, only be aware that the reception is 250 meters away and you need to check in there in order to get the codes to get in.

Reservamos con más de un mes de anticipación en esta empresa y dimos como garantía nuestra tarjeta. Todo vía e-mail. Confirmado 5 veces por el hotel. No obstante ello, la persona de recepción nos dijo que había recibido una supuesta llamada de cancelación. Mentira. Discutimos una hora con este sujeto y nos brindó finalmente un apartamento. Pero, vaya sorpresa en el tercer piso y sin ascensores funcionando desde un mes atrás ( confirmado por el personal de limpieza). Se imaginan, personas de 70 años subiendo y bajando con maletas y compras todos los días por escaleras sin agarre. No sé como el Ayuntamiento permite funcionar estos inmuebles que afean la bonita Valencia. Para colmo de males, el apartamento no tenía heladera, ni freezer, solo un pequeño minibar que no enfriaba. Por ello, todos los 7 días teníamos que comprar hielo para refrigerar las bebidas y alimentos. Por todo ello, no vaya, lo van a defraudar. NO VOLVEREMOS🤨🤨🤨

Het appartement was ruim en mooi ingericht, met voldoende ruimte voor vijf personen. De slaapkamers waren ruim, goed ingericht en voorzien van voldoende opbergruimte. De bedden waren comfortabel en elke kamer had een eigen toilet en badkamer. De locatie was ideaal, in het hart van het stadscentrum. Echter, er waren enkele nadelen. De buurman was buitengewoon gestrest en diende binnen drie uur na onze aankomst al drie klachten in, wat ongegrond was. Dit zorgde voor een gespannen sfeer en beperkte onze bewegingsvrijheid. Het grootste probleem was het geluid in de bovenste slaapkamer. Het was constant en vergelijkbaar met het geluid van een houseparty zonder muziek. Het constante gebrom van de aggregaat op het dak van het naburige restaurant verhinderde ons om te slapen. Zelfs het bed trilde zachtjes.

abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamentino adatto a due adulti piu bambina… che dire posizione favolosa che si affaccia diretta su Plaza de la teina;nonostante si tratti di una zona centralissima abbiamo riposato benissimo senza rumori grazie a gli infissi nuovissimi! Consiglio 100%. Tutto perfetto.

Loved the location and spacious apartment. The reception staff were very helpful and informative. When things went wrong i.e. the iron didn't work and the toaster stopped working they were both replaced quickly. Also the showerhead was loose and someone came to fix it the day we reported it. We stayed for 17 nights and it was a very pleasant experience - would be happy to return

位於市中心的公寓當然舒適而現代，但接待服務很糟糕。我們連續第二年預訂，但我們沒有得到從上午 11 點到中午 12 點延遲退房的靈活性，並聲稱公寓必須在下午 4 點交付，儘管我們已寫信並指出我們願意支付額外費用服務。

我和我的妻子以及我兩歲的孩子住在聖馬丁蒙套房飯店。公寓簡直太完美了，非常寬敞、乾淨、安靜。該位置位於中心位置，非常適合城市遊覽。強烈推薦！

Het was even zoeken naar de receptie..dit zat in een wasserette op de 5e van de andere appartementen.hier onze bagage gelaten.ze bellen wanneer het appartement klaar is. Er loopt dan iemand mee.naar mon suites san Martin. Fietsen gehuurd en naar het strand gefietst. Fiets tocht gedaan onder leiding van een Nederlandse gids. Niet iedereen praat Engels en/of is vriendelijk. Taxi waren we maar 15 euro voor kwijt terwijl met de bus veel langer en duurder. Van appartement naar vliegveld. Een heerlijke betaalbare Italiaanse restaurant gevonden. Iedere ochtend vlakbij heerlijk vers stokbrood en croissantjes voor ontbijt gehaald. Veel dingen waren lopend prima te doen behalve het strand. De cathedraal beklommen 270 treden met boven een prachtig uitzicht. Het enige wat ik echt minder vond waren de bedden/matrassen. We hoorde mensen boven ons lopen .verder is het goed geïsoleerd Alles schoon en geweldig gelegen.

Sono sta con 4 amiche...........Appartamento centralissimo, pulito, moderno e confortevole. I letti erano comodi. L' unica pecca : a volte dal bagno fuoriusciva un cattivo odore di fogna.......per il resto era perfetto e lo consiglio.

4 friends and I stayed here when visiting Valencia for the MotoGP in November 2022. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, easy to get to, in a great location with great amenities and the reception staff were very nice also. I would absolutely bring my family here to stay. My only slight issues were that It was not 100% clear that reception is in another building one street away. But once we released this, it was all very simple to check-in.
