巴洛克特公寓(Barracart Apartments)

Adentrarte por el Cabanyal es uno de los premios que te ofrece esta Valencia de contrastes. Edificios que desprenden arte en cada azulejo, terrazas abiertas a la luna de Valencia, el mercado, en fin, un barrio que solo podría existir aquí, en Valencia. Barracart es un edificio felizmente respetado en su esencia pero con todas las comodidades de la última tecnología constructiva. El resultado es el privilegio de respirar un ambiente de siglos con el placer de estar bien, muy bien.

The location of the apartment is excellent,10 minutes walk from the beach, a few minutes to the buses to the city. The apartment is very clean and very cozy.I can highly recommend it to everyone!! Very good restaurant nearby:"Casa Montana". The owner Olga helped us with eveything, Thank you very much.

A beautiful space, offering every thing we needed, in a fun and interesting neighborhood, with an extremely warm and helpful host--what more could one want? This is a place I would love to return to, and hope I can.

Just completed a 15 night stay and it was perfect.The apartment was large and spacious everything was in good condition. The Cabanyl area is a perfect choice if you want to be near the beach, 15 minute bus to city center and truly be-in a locals area. There are numerous places to eat, all good and well priced, as well as multiple food stores. Olga was a perfect host in that she helped with anything we needed and there app has everything covered as well. We are already planning our next stay at Barracart it really was comfortable.

Amazing place to stay in Valencia. I would highly recommend staying at Barracart in El Cabanyal if you are looking for the perfect combination of sightseeing and relaxing at the beach. The apartment was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay.

Incredible accommodation (exquisite restoration of a traditional Valencian building), and Olga could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend. In searing heat the smart yet silent air con. was especially welcome as was the proximity to Vortex Playa work hub for those days that I had to work.

The apartment was lovely, beautifully restored and decorated and well equipped. The area of Cabanyal is characterful and authentic. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get into the city centre. Olga is an amazing host and was incredible, British Airways failed to load our luggage and we had a three day delay before it arrived, Olga was so helpful telling us all the nearest shopping etc to help us get everything we need. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional stay including arranging late night food and drinks for us as we arrived very late due to baggage delay. There are lots of great little local restaurants nearby but Casa Montana is a must - Olga got us reservations during our stay and even helped us reserve a table later in our holiday when we had moved to a different location and were no longer staying in the apartment.We can't wait for a return visit.

The building and rooms are tasteful and immaculate. It is perfectly located for the beach, plentiful restaurants and bars and the metro/bus into the city or airport. There are bikes available to rent. The rooms have everything you require including beach mats. Olga couldn’t have been more helpful. We particularly liked the entry system which avoided having to carry a room key with you. It seems every detail has been thought through
