In the house: WiFi, billiard table, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Bus stop 6.6 km. 4-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC.
