房間很好 舒服

BON SEJOUR et bon spa

Verouderd heeft onderhoud nodig. Veel locaties in de spa zien er nog uit als de jaren 70 style of erg versleten in vergelijking met andere spa’s in de buurt. Ook het personeel is extreem jong waardoor zaken mis gaan. Verder mooie plek en goede saunas!

Wij waren aangenaam verrast. Een superfijn weekend gehad en genoten van de baden, sauna's, stoombaden en lekker eten. Alles zag er netjes verzorgd uit. Heel schoon allemaal. Vriendelijke mensen . De hotelkamer was echt heel erg mooi en groot. Heerlijk in je badjas ontbijten. Echt relaxed. Ontbijt was overigens uitgebreid en lekker. Her systeem met de polsbandjes is fijn. Je hoeft in de restaurants niet op je rekening te wachten en dus snel weer het het water in.

Espace détente au top. Petit bémol sur le fait que tres peu de personnel parle français. De plus, la variété au niveau de la nourriture est très limitée. Pour le reste rien a signaler. Nous reviendrons.

I was extremely satisfied by my stay at Thermae 2000. Located on a mountain in Valkenburg, the panoramic views and the natural beauty of the surroundings give a great sense of serenity. The hotel is very comfortable. Each room, fully equipped and well maintained, has a little terrasse with a peaceful view on the forest. Built as a pyramid, it is the only hotel I know that has a little funicular instead of a lift to go from one floor to another. The staff in general, and especially in the hotel and the various restaurants, are always smiling, polite and seem to care and be happy to work in this place. They will make you feel welcome and comfortable, and attend to your every request with a smile. The spa facilities are very extensive, super clean and well maintained, and you can choose from a variety of options to suit your mood and needs. There are pools inside and outside and a very large choice of saunas, steam baths and water treatments as well as lots of space outside to relax and cool down. Throughout the day, free group activities are proposed. The spa treatments are very professional and enjoyable. The therapists are skilled and pleasant. All the rooms are clean, well maintained and provide the perfect atmosphere to relax and feel pampered. I tried the gastronomic restaurant for dinner (« Pure”) and it was perfect. The Indian lady Executive Chef has a very inventive, superbly presented, sophisticated and tasty cuisine. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. The dishes are creative, fresh and flavourful, and the service is impeccable and reasonably quick – although the restaurant was full on that night. (It is advisable to book in advance) Overall experience: Perfect for a special occasion. I believe, it is one of the best spa resorts in the Netherlands and among the best in Europe. I personally truly unwinded and enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Gelijk altijd een zeer leuke ervaring met geweldige massages en vriendelijk personeel! Zeker een aanrader om volledig tot rust te komen en te ontspannen.

住得很愉快。我們的房間升級了。這個房間有一把很棒的紅外線椅子。此外，它乾淨整潔。早餐很豐盛。我們也享受了全景桑拿浴室的輸液和頌缽活動。午餐很好。晚餐很簡單，沒什麼特別的。工作人員非常友好和熱情好客。真好，到處都不允許帶手機，時鐘也很少，所以你可以盡情享受，而且完全不知道時間。

Das Hotel bietet einen sehr guten Wellness-Service. In vielen Punkten ist es jedoch sehr preisintensiv. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit TV (4 deutsche Sender), Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Klimagerät. Die Speisen in den verschiedenen gastronomischen Einrichtungen sind für den deutschen Gaumen evtl. etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Leider fehlte Informationsmaterial zum Hotel selbst und zu den touristischen Möglichkeiten in der Stadt und der Umgebung in deutscher Sprache. Der Gästekreis setzt sich im wesentlichen aus Niederländern, Belgiern und Deutschen zusammen. Hervorzuheben ist die phantastische Poolanlage. Der Gastronomiebereich darf auch in Badekleidung betreten werden.

Gebucht hatten wir das Kulinarische Arrangement. Das einchecken morgens um 10:00 verlief reibungslos, erfreulicherweise konnten wir auch direkt das Zimmer beziehen. Dem Wunsch einer zweiten Bettdecke wurde sofort nach gekommen. Das Essen Abends im Pure war wie immer ein Genuss. Hier nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön an die Kellnertruppe, die super aufgepasst haben bzgl. Allergien. So einen Service habe ich als Allergiker noch nicht erlebt. Auch jetzt kann ich nur sagen, wir kommen wieder.

Die Therme ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Ein wirklicher Ort, um Entspannung zu finden. Toll finde ich, dass viele Becken wirklich warm sind und man nicht friert. Das Personal der Saunaaufgüsse ist sehr motiviert und gibt sich Mühe. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Un lieu idéal pour passer un moment de calme et de détente. La chambre était spacieuse, très calme et la literie très confortable. Les installations du SPA sont très bien entretenues. Le personnel est agréable et attentionné. Pour s'y rendre depuis le centre de Maastricht, le taxi est un peu cher (40€ environ).
