埃爾亞諾旅館(Residencial El Llano)

Buenos días!!! La queja no va en absoluto con el complejo, salvo el calor y que aconsejamos ventilador. La queja viene por lo siguiente, la verdad es que me pilló en off con mi profesión porque la idea era disfrutar y desconectar con la familia, por lo que no actué como debía haberlo hecho pero...para Que la gente tenga en cuenta lo que puede ocurrir: el día anterior de nuestra salida, mi peque ( tiene capacidades diferentes, dejémoslo así) se creyó que la tele la podía coger tipo tablet y en un momento la coge y se le cae, después de ese tremendo susto, su llanto y que cerciorarnos que no le pasará nada, nos dimos cuenta que la tele, dejó de verse debido al golpe,....por todo....esa noche no pudimos ni dormir..desde que nos levantamos comenzamos a recoger y avisamos del incidente, totalmente accidental a los responsables del apartamento, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que nos cobran 150 euros, sin peritaje alguno....y teniendo en cuenta que DEBERÍAN TENER SEGURO......a día de hoy no se nos ha reembolsado dinero alguno......y nos sentimos " estafados" y que se frustraron nuestras maravillosas vacaciones en la isla por este tema. Por ello queremos dejar patente nuestra experiencia....tomaremos las medidas oportunas....porque lo importante es que nuestro pequeño está bien.

Nice appartements in Valle Gran Rey, with outdoor pool, complete kitchen and small but adequate bedroom. No breakfast, but a supermarket and German bakery are around the corner, and the next door restaurant offers breakfast. Restaurants and harbour are about 10 minutes walking distance. The only detail that was lacking a bit was the living room couch, which quickly gets uncomfortable. But when that is the worst you can say of an apar**ents complex, it's good.

Beautiful hotel set in quite side street of small seaside town of Valle Gran Ray. Room and appar**ents set around a tropical garden and swimming pool. Everything is pristine and clean. The pool area has plenty of sun beds all surrounded by tropical plants and trees, birds sing, tranquility and peacefulness surround you. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room and garden. Appar**ent was spacious, clean and modern with all facilities you'd expect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and seafront. I'd highly recommend.

We are just finishing our holiday and had we known about all the rules we wouldn’t have booked here. Firstly there’s no bar or restaurant which wasn’t apparent on the booking site. Secondly there’s no food or drink allowed at the pool which is open from 10-6. We watched people getting told to leave sun beds at 6.15pm These people were sunbathing and reading quietly (as per the rules advising quiet conversations) and were all over 50. There’s no smoking even on balcony apart from 1 area near the pool which closes at 6. Reception staff not very helpful. There’s absolutely no a**osphere and nothing to do but read or go in the pool (til 6pm). The resort caters for Spanish and Germans. We were the only British voices to be heard. Our husbands got stuck up in the mountains due to the heat and we asked reception if they could get us a taxi but as it was a Sunday they said nobody would come. Receptionist wasn’t interested. We walked to the nearest pub at the end of the street and the guy behind the bar got us a taxi to pick them up and take them back to the car. Don’t book this hotel unless all you want to do is read all day every day. The resort itself is spotless and there are plenty of good restaurants with lovely food. I don’t know if it’s the time of year but everywhere shuts at 10pm

This is a good hotel with an excellent price quality ratio. The apar**ent was spacious with a nice balcony and the swimming pool area was very nice with a good pool and plenty of palm trees. Valle Gran Rey is a beautiful place with a good choice of restaurants while not being overly touristy. La Gomera is a beautiful island with stunning valleys, lots of trees, plants and flowers and truly great hiking. It's one of the best winter and early spring destinations within easy reach of the European mainland.

We recently stayed at El Llano and enjoyed our 50 square meter appar**ent Bakery and shops at 1 minute Nothing to add : this is definitely a good deal Vuelta Harbour is just 5 minutes walking and Playa area ( long beach ) is just 10 minutes walking

Wir haben 2 Wochen diese Anlage gebucht. POSITIV: nette Begrüßung, das Apar**ent wurde uns persönlich gezeigt. Funktionall, großzügig, hell und sehr sauber. Küche hat Wasserkocher, Toaster, alle Reinigungsutensilien. Handtuchwechsel. Geschirr okay. Sehr schöner Poolbereich. Zur Zeit sehr ruhig, doch klar hört man mal das "Geschreie" aus der Nachbarwohnung. Nachts erholsamer Schlaf, die Matratzen wohl neu. Bäcker, Spar-Markt, Apotheke um die Ecke. Sehr freundliches Rezeptionspersonal. Pool: ja sehr frisch. Zur Zeit 18 Grad. Das ist einer der Kritikpunkte, ob da nicht mit Solarthermie etwas gehen würde. Und ein paar Haken im Flur, für feuchte Wanderjacken zum Aufhängen wären toll. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Hemos pasado 2 noches allí. Los apartamentos son sencillos pero limpísimos y muy amplios. La piscina magnífica y la playa cerquisima. El precio, inmejorable y el trato también. Altamente recomendable!!

Tenianos una reserva para semana santa, que cambiamos para agosto. Nos prometían mantener el precio ya que había sido por causas de salud. Cuando llegamos nos comunican que teníamos que abonar casi 150 euros, cuando llamamos dos días antes para comprobar que el precio seguía siendo el mismo. Piscina un tanto pequeña para la ocupación de los apartamentos.
