The Capital Boutique Hotel

Hotel situato in posizione centralissima nel centro storico di La Valletta,in un edificio tipico maltese completamente ristrutturato. Bellissima la stanza,con arredi di pregio,spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, con un delizioso balconcino maltese attrezzato con tavolo e sedie.Anche il bagno bellissimo, con una grande doccia e con articoli da toeletta di qualita'. Pulizia impeccabile sia della stanza che delle aree comuni.Ottima e assortita la prima colazione. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo e super professionale

Extremely nice interior, kind staff. And the wall of the room is moldy. 40% of the reservation was refunded, but it is still a disappoin**ent because the room is harmful to health. The moldy room ruined our adventure. I was hoping that when the problem was reported, we would get another room immediately! Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that way. The Staff recommended that we go to another hotel and they will refund the full amount. At Easter, this was impossible. Shame and disappoin**ent.

This hotel was fitted out a year ago. I selected this as I favour small hotels with character and well equipped modern rooms and we were very happy with our choice. We had a balcony room which was spacious, well fitted out and with all the facilities ( including a Nespresso coffee maker which they found decaff capsules for use) .Very impressed with; the staff who were always helpful and friendly, the breakfast which had a excellent selection of meats,fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cheeses, spreads , breads plus eggs cooked to order, the free bar from 6-8 with complimentary canapes. The location was good as there were a number of good quality small restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We used the Bolt taxi app and always got a ride within a couple of minutes so we stopped using the local buses.

Albergo in posizione centrale, assolutamente da consigliare, camera bellissima (ho soggiornato in una suite) dotata di tutti i comfort, macchina da caffè nespresso, frigobar, acqua, bagnoschiuma crema corpo shampoo e balsamo Erbolario, accappatoi molto confortevoli. La colazione a buffet molto varia e di ottima qualità, il pomeriggio dalle 18.00 alle 20.00 possibilità di bere prosecco e gustare delle ottime torte o biscotti. Servizio transfer da e per aeroporto ad una cifra equa. Il personale alla reception gentilissimo e molto preparato. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Bel hôtel très confortable, tout récent (mais dans un bâtiment ancien rénové). Très belle décoration brute, moderne, avec quelques anciennes parties. Chambre vaste et lumineuse avec tout le confort (et son balcon maltais). Petit-déjeuner très bon, très varié. Le personnel de l'accueil/ Petit-déjeuner est super sympa, très accueillant. On s'y sent bien. Dans le centre historique, pas loin du grand palais des grands maîtres

Assolutamente consigliato. Posizione: è in centro, vicino alle attrazioni de La Valletta ed agli imbarchi dei traghetti. Trovate anche ottimi ristoranti a massimo 200 metri, ne cito due AAron's Kitchen e Rubino. Camere: avevamo una Junior suite. Bella, spaziosa, con bollitore e cialde per il caffè. La camera è sempre stata pulita e profumata. Letto comodissimo e ottima qualità del sonno. Personale: gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per qualunque richiesta Colazione: Ottima, dolce e salata con possibilità di ordinare uova dalla cucina. Insomma, ci siamo trovati benissimo, dovessi tornare a La Valletta sceglierei ancora questo hotel

Durante nuestra estancia en su hotel, coincidió con el estallido del conflicto en Israel y Palestina. Nos encontramos en un estado de constante preocupación y agobio, y su equipo nos brindó un apoyo invaluable. Más allá de sus obligaciones, se esforzaron por ayudarnos en todo lo que estaba a su alcance, siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud dispuesta a atender nuestras necesidades. Desde el momento en que llegamos, fuimos recibidos con una hospitalidad inigualable y una calidez que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Cada miembro de su equipo, especialmente Rebeca, Louis, Fernanda, Nancy y Emiliano, demostraron un nivel de compromiso y empatía que dejó una marca indeleble en nosotros. La atención al detalle y el servicio personalizado que recibimos fueron realmente excepcionales. Cada pregunta que tuvimos fue respondida con amabilidad y paciencia, y cada solicitud fue atendida con prontitud y eficiencia. Además de las instalaciones encantadoras, la ubicación privilegiada y el ambiente acogedor del hotel, fue el equipo humano lo que realmente hizo la diferencia. Su compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente es evidente en cada interacción, y eso no pasa desapercibido. Bellissimo hotel nel centro de La Valletta. Camera enorme pulitissima con arredo di design e biancheria di ottima qualità. Colazione ricca e staff gentile e premuroso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo per visitare la capitale e dintorni

This was to be the last ever holiday for myself, husband and adult disabled daughter, who had to come due to her needs. My husband has advanced cancer so last chance to holiday. We wanted a base he could sit and watch the world go by in the day. I would go out and find some where he could walk to in the evening, as he has little energy and can only walk for about 5/10 minutes. We thought we booked the perfect place. However our room was called the Courtyard Suite and one of the listed promises was a Courtyard view! There was NO view, a window to a wall I could touch with my hand, you could not even see sky! There was no flow of real air! We straight away explained and asked to move but the staff said maybe in the morning, then in morning maybe tonight then the next evening, no we have nothing. The bar is a small room with a view to street blocked by a heavy net curtain, nobody goes to the bar. The breakfast area is a windowless space behind reception. There was nowhere in the hotel my husband could see outside but he was only well enough to be outside for 2 out of 24 hours each day. The promises on the facilities went onto fail. There is no rooftop bar. the complimentary minibar in room is an empty fridge, staff said we never put anything in it. There is meant to a Nespresso machine plus tea and coffee machine but there is only a Nespresso machine. Daily newspaper, nope. Satellite tv. Nope. ******* do not care that a cancer ridden man’s last holiday was ruined
