阿斯託雷卡宮酒店(Palacio Astoreca)

Estuve este fin de semana, hospedada en el Hotel y me parecio increible, la atencion de su staff buenisima, siempre pensando en que nuestra estadia fuera genial, la infraestructura del lugar es bellisima y la habitacion preciosa, la piscina temperada 24/7, lo maximo!!! El desayuno, super bien preparado, muy rico, para todos los gustos. De todas maneras, lo recomendaria y volveria a quedarme alli. El unico pero, fue que no tenia servicio a habitacion o servicio de restaurante en la noche. Pero ya que esta ubicado en un lugar muy turistico, no tuvimos problema en encontrar un lugar para cenar. Très bel établissement dans un endroit calme de la ville et au pied d'un point de vue sur la baie de Valparaiso. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter des différentes fresques de street art qui é***e les hauteurs de Valparaiso. La chambre est très spacieuse et moderne tout en restant dans un style authentique. L'établissement est également doté d'une piscine ainsi que d'un bain chaud (chauffé au bois) avec possible adjonction des remous pour le mode jacuzzi. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel avec son choux de jus frais et des préparation du chef. Difficile d'être déçu.

Очень понравилось гостепреимство персонала. Они все сделали чтобы нам понравилось пребывание, очень помогали с решением наших вопросов. Это был самый лучший сервис, что я встречал где либо. Вид из окна номера на море - супер. Номера большие. Завтраки вкусные с большим количеством фруктов, что в Латинской Америке редкость. Есть небольшой бассейн. Рядом фуникулер вниз. Небольшой минус - не принимаются дебетовые карты, только кредитные и наличные. Но ребята сделали все чтобы это не было проблемой.

No caigan en el Hotel Palacio Astoreca. Sin estacionamiento. La opcion de estacionamiento dejar las llaves? Sin valet parking. Sin bar. Sin restaurante. Desayuno pobre. Un 2 estrellas disfrazado. Optar por IBIS Las habitaciones no son lo que aparece por Web. CUIDADO

Precioso, bien situado, con piscina temperada y hot tub. Inmejorable. En el Paseo Yugoslavo, con la mejor vista, buena recepción, gran desayuno, ascensor, ricas camas y muy buena energía. Volveremos pronto a este lugar tan acogedor. Felicitaciones

This is such a beautiful boutique hotel - stylish rooms in an old red and white building that has been overlooking Valparaiso Bay for 100 years... Whereas our superior room "only" had a view of the opposite hill with its colourful houses we still had full sea view from the wonderful terrace. The room on the first floor was nicely decorated (I loved the green ornamental wall paper) and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was not that spacious but the shower worked fine. On our first morning a rich breakfast buffet had been set up in the elegant basement room, on the second morning with fewer guests a full breakfast was served at the table in the impressive lounge. Regrettably dinner had not been available. The staff - whether reception desk, breakfast or housekeeping team - were all pleasant. I actually regret a bit not having found the time to spend a few lazy hours in the relaxing hotel atmosphere... Be prepared to have your rental car parked in a garage in the neighbourhood as on-street parking is strongly advised against. Besides driving in Valparaiso is not necessary since the hotel is only a few steps away from El Peral Ascensor. As for dinner various restaurants are at walkable distance from the hotel.

A grand old home converted into a hotel. Somewhat faded glory and it feels more like a bed & breakfast in someone’s house than a hotel. The rooms offer good views, though are quirky in their design. Breakfast is average and does not start before 8.30am.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely fresh breakfast. The room with a balcony had a great view of the bay and the city. There’s no restaurant there or drinks license but they open your own wine and beer if you bring some in. Decor and comfort level is in keeping with this glorious old building. It’s easy to walk over to the busier parts of the town. And Uber came in very useful too. We enjoyed the whole experience.

We had a two night stay in a Premium room that was spacious, clean and well furnished with a sofa, chair, desk and table. Bottles of water were provided. View from the room was nice with a part view of the bay. The public areas were pleasant with a large outdoor terrace with a view over a small plaza and some restaurants nearby. The staff would kindly serve drinks to guests on the terrace. Breakfast was served downstairs and was adequate but nothing special. Although the description of the hotel stated that a restaurant was available, at the present time the restaurant is closed. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The day we checked out we had a very early departure at 5 am and the staff had coffee available and a very generous breakfast bag for us to take with us. This was very much appreciated. The reason I have rated the hotel very good rather than excellent is that room key cards were not functioning so every time a guest needed to access their room someone from reception had to accompany them and open the door. I'm sure the problem will be fixed but it lasted the entire time we were there.
