The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a great lobby.
The hotel has a clean swimming pool in which you can enjoy until 10pm.
My only issue was that the sofa bed didn’t appear to be clean. I found long human hair on the bed before I was going to lay down.

The lobby is great. The rooms or ok. Narrow tile showers in room. Hard bed and pillows. They wanted to charge an additional $30.00 for checking in an hour and 20 minutes early even though the room was ready. Breakfast was an extra $30. Food had a hour wait time if ordered. Of course we ate elsewhere. Small pool and jacuzzi with a cloudy color. Location was good with amenities close by. Let’s just say for $170 a night I was not impressed.

These rooms are quite special and elegantly appointed.
I slept like a baby it was so quiet. (The only caveat to that is that when other guests close their heavy doors it sounds a bit like a vault closing) but overall really special and I wished I could stay another day. Will come back again!

Check in easy but reception area is really sp**** and unwelcoming but staff friendly and efficient. Room was nice and clean and all good. Swimming pool and hot tub really nice. Didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment although all the food seemed to be served in a basket. Overall a great stay at a good price

All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast had numerous options (including SCONES!). The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but keep in mind it's a pet-friendly hotel and you'll hear your four-legged neighbors pretty frequently. If you'd rather not be near doggie neighbors, just ask for a room where you don't have pets on either side. Would stay again!

I understand from a operations perspective that the maintenance on a rented space at scale is difficult, so the missing door pieces on the micro 1cu ft refrigerator in the room is within variance /-
But other than that it’s real nice

Enjoyed my stay. Now, make sure and let them know if you want to have your room cleaned. We had stayed for multiple days and they did not change towels or empty trash until we asked for it. If you are 5 minutes to the end of breakfast, they will not serve you. Those are the negative take aways of our stay. The property has a great location with plenty of food, fuel and access to the highway. It is clean and the staff was very polite. I would stay there again.
