I didnt even get to stay i didnt have a 200 dollar deposit that wasnt mentioned until i got there . The upon checking in i was told that the guy at the counter said yelled at me told me to get out and that my money was being refunded which was a lie . They are refusing to refund me money and it doesnt matter that i am running from a dimestic violence situation that i was almost murdeded in and am homeless with a kid who tried to save me when i was being killed in front of them . It didnt matter that almost 400 was paid to them they dont want to give back my money when they refused to let me stay there . And that was for 5 days then i was going to extend my stay for a month when i got paid . But i will never stay at that dirty nasty discusting place again. I stayed there when my brains were almost blown out august of last year and thats why i chose to go back cause the lady working there was gentle caring and kind to my kiddo and I. Wyndem needs to take this hotel off of their list and remove their names from this location they really need to go read the reviews about this place really. I work full time and am dealt a hard hand right now but am not giving up just yet . I am only homeless due to my land lord illegally kicking me out and me trying to find a place to live that i can afford . This hotel was a worst mistake to try and stay at ever .

The overall condition of the building was dilapidated. Lots of broken parts and scuffed up walls. The tub had been patched with fiberglass. The sheets appeared to be clean but between the top sheet, the blanket and the cover, it all totaled about 1/4” thick and I froze until the beat up heater liked in and cooked me out in the middle of the night. The guy at the counter couldn’t speak English and kept looking at me like I was the one out of place. The “breakfast” that they provided in the morning was a diabetic nightmare. Prepackaged sugar bombs and lukewarm coffee that may or may not have been made the night before.

In the policy they fail to mention about the $200 deposit fee which was more than double for what I paid for my room.

I did not stay. The Hotel had an unsettling smell, the doors of the rooms had marks on them that looked like they had to be pried open by force, my room key didn't work- the person working had to put it in the lock 3 times before it worked, the room was dark, and the tv connection was rough (skipping). I felt uncomfortable and left within 20 minutes. I was promised a refund for one of the nights I had reserved (which seemed completely reasonable to me), but it never happened.

At check in they attempt to charge me for a room I have already paid for, in addition a $200 "deposit". The clerk feigns ignorance and capitulates when presented with proof through the app. "Breakfast at 7am!" No! No breakfast, no anything including an apology or even answering the phone at the front desk. When I complain through the app they can't even get a hold of them. Will I ever get the dubious "deposit" back? Doubtful. At least at motel 6 you know what you're getting into. This places masquerades as a days inn when clearly it's not. Do yourself a favor and splurge for anywhere else.

This was a real dive. Dirty, the furniture is so old it looked like termites has been eating it for a long time. The floors were not vacuumed, after I got a second room, the floors were still atrocious. I could continue, just know terrible, oh, no soap, no hot water, luke warm for 4 minutes. No hot water, deal breaker, for sure.

The pool and hot tub were closed with no warning or email. The picture of the breakfast showed waffles, cereal, juice. There were none of those things. There were mini muffins and little Debbie’s cupcakes. The juice machine was broken. There were stains in the sheets.

It was close to home. Property was dirty, blood on walls, blood on lamp shade, bed sheets/skirt. Nmmm in one of our 2 rooms

We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night. We choose this hotel because of the Wyndam name and thought it was a good deal. We were disappointed with most everything. The parking lots lights were not on, and the lot was very dark. We did not feel safe leaving anything in the car, so we took everything our and placed it in our room. The door looked like it had been broken into with the scrape marks by the door lock. The room had dirty sheets and hair was found on the sheets like they were not changed. There were only 3 small pillows on the bed and when we went to ask for more pillows at the front desk, they said they didn't have any extras. There was mold on the shower head and in the tub. The shower curtain was stained. The TV remote didn't work. The wall plug that had the coffee pot plugged in it was not working. All in all, this was a disappointing stay for a Wyndam property.
