工作人員非常熱情周到，小木屋乾淨整潔，每天都提供服務。地理位置也完全符合我們的需求。

很好的一次入住體驗

Amazing resort for families. So much for the kids to do. Resort is very well maintained and clean. Just need a few more restaurants offerings but we believe this is coming with the upgrades they are busy with. Loved our stay and would be back next often

From arrival we were greeted by a hotel receptionist who didn’t seem interested to help us , without getting my name or details she said come back in 10 minutes your rooms not ready. I had family staying at the chalets and those receptionists were just as rude and incompetent. The next morning I complained to the receptionist about the room number 326 being insufficient for a queen room , it had a smaller bed than the standard room , the shower was leaking from the fitment on the wall , the shower handle cover was loose , the walls had scuffs on it , the mirror in the bathroom was also loose. All this I mentioned to the white guy at reception , he said he would attend to it , I returned back to the hotel at 11pm and was too tired to complain about it again. My brothers room downstairs 209 wreaked of paint and some chemicals it was disappointing. I’ve stayed at emerald before the renovations and I must say it had more character back then , might not have been modern but the rooms were really value for money , these new renovations were cheaply done and you can see there was ZERO quality control.

總的來說，我們度過了一個愉快的夜晚。房間很棒。唯一的問題是下午兩點房間還沒準備好，我們差點錯過了晚餐，因為我們的套餐裡包含一張餐廳代金券。由於我們只住了一晚，所以我們不知道需要提前預訂。請務必了解您的餐廳代金券包含哪些項目，否則第二天退房時可能會遇到意想不到的問題。

週末短途旅行很愉快，有很多活動可以參加。動物世界令人驚嘆，水上樂園也讓人放鬆。水療中心也很棒。不過，餐廳的服務卻不如預期。在Gas Monkeys餐廳，我們被完全忽略，最後只好離開。 Capello's餐廳的情況也好不到哪裡去，但最後還是有人來招呼我們了，儘管當時餐廳裡只有我們三對夫婦。

Overall a very good stay. Value for money. Felt safe and the grounds were well maintained. Only reason for the missing star is our unit 57 had a leak over our porch that caused it to br wet and soggy grass but was not the biggest inconvenience.

I booked their family room,and it was two connecting hotel rooms. Both rooms were spacious and clean. The only downfall was that both were having a shower only,no relaxing in a bathtub. There are ample activities available. Restaurants are also sufficient.

It was a one night stay but loved the place n the amenities that are close by, did not experience the Aqua but I plan to come back with my daughter, also there is a shopping centers n the mall is not far either, so you have options.

Comfortable rooms, great food, lovely area and scenery. Perfect place for couples. WIFI is strong. Enough space for an afternoon walk.

Myself and my partner had a pleasant stay at the River Lodge Chalets and we will definitely be coming back soon.

We were two friends who just enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere away from home and our daily routine. Eating out and not having to worry about dishes!!

The Staff are below average for Helpfulness, Friendlyness and Respectless towards GUESTS. Guests Are the only Reason for the Existance of a Hotel and the Only Reason for having Staff. At first apperance the garden, parking area and grounds are clean, but the garden needs attendance. Reception Staff are Not Helpful, do Not offer Assistance with luggage. Guests have to wait at check-in desk, until the Clerk has finished staring at the computer or finished talking to colleague. Rooms are clean and functional, but decor is dated. Maintenance on buildings are totally neglected. The restaurant staff are extremely slow and unwilling to assist. One has to walk towards them where they are standing, seemingly hiding from Guests. Orders are incomplete, when eventually received. Buffet style breakfast is well prepared and varied with good quality. Please, do Not Expect much from restaurant staff, as it seems they have the idea that Guests should rather self serve and not bother them. Senior Staff Members were Not Visible Anywhere. This is an important function of Management, but Emerald resort does Not realise the Importance. The lack of Service from Staff is a clear indication of a Lack of Guidance from Management. This could EASILY be turned to better, IF Management realise Their Responsibility towards Guests and the establishment. Stand up and Manage Yourselves and Staff and All will change towards an enjoyable and memorable experience to Guests.

Bella struttura, camere confortevoli e comode, personale alla reception gentile ed attento. Abbondante la colazione. Pessimo il servizio in camera. Lavorano male e solo quando hanno voglia. Due volte ho avuto necessità di usufruirne e due volte hanno dimostrato la poca voglia di lavorare.
