Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures.Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service.The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy.The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance.This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings.Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are ”safe” from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗，不建議浪費金錢在這裏，糟糕的前台服務人員，非常噁心的廁所味道，以及不夠確實的清潔服務。
