Hemos estado 30 días viajando por toda la India, siempre en hoteles 5 estrellas para asegurar la calidad de nuestras estadías hasta que llegamos a Varanasi... Supuestamente llegaríamos a un hotel con los mismos estándares pero nos dimos con la gran sorpresa de que se trata de un hotel antiguo y muy mal mantenido. Nos tocó la habitación 309 y la primera noche no pudimos dormir POR EL FUERTE OLOR A MOHO!!!! las paredes están manchadas de hongos y el mal olor es insoportable! A la mañana seguirían las malas experiencias con un desayuno lamentable.

Excelente servicio. Especialmente la camarera Tapasi que nos atendiò maravillosamente y estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Un placer estar en este restaurante. La comida fue muy buena. Esperamos volver algun dia a Vanarasi y sin duda comeremos aqui.

Super Radisson hotal in varanasi staff is good nature and all service is nice...it was a wonderful experience we had a great fun and enjoyed every bit of our stay Do visit at least once. Great palace hotel. They live up to their grand heritage and history......Good memorial stay....

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel. Le pratiche di registrazione si sono svolte rapidamente. La nostra camera, arredata in stile classico era abbastanza pulita anche se da un hotel Radisson mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più. In camera era presente un bollitore per fare il caffè o il tè. In bagno c'era un piccolo courtesy set. I pasti erano serviti a buffet. Di fronte ai piatti, tipici indiani e quasi tutti piccanti era segnalato il numero di calorie. Avrei apprezzato anche la segnalazione di quanto erano piccanti come trovato in altri alberghi. Comunque abbiamo chiesto informazione ad un cameriere che ci ha subito aiutato nella scelta.

Très bel hôtel situé dans une impasse, à l'écart de la rue bruyante et très animée. Personnel agréable et de bons services : j'étais très enrhumée ( la clim !!!!) et à court de mouchoirs jetables, j'ai été dépannée sans problème avant de trouver une pharmacie où Il faut demander "facial tissues" pour en obtenir... En revanche, pour aller sur les gaths, il faut un moyen de transport car la distance est longue et très, très encombrée.

Da un hotel Radisson ti aspetti un certo livello di pulizia e di manutenzione che in questo hotel mancano. La camera, anche quando ben arredata e grande, rimane abbastanza sporca anche subito dopo la pulizia. Meglio non andare nel beauty center: squallido, vecchio e sporco. Unica nota positiva la colazione, ricca e varia.

Whenever we think about celebrations, Radisson is always our option 1 and it truly never disappoints. In fact, being the club member for nearly two decades, East West Cafe and Kabab Factory are my favourite restaurants in Varanasi. The food is always fantastic and the service is unmatched. The staff is great, and they really care. I would like to specially mention Mr. Pravesh sharma, Mr. mangla Prasad, Reyaz ahmad, Anoop, Kamal and Mr.sachin upadyay for their wonderful service. The staff members are always polite and extremely efficient. I hope to continue being the happy customer of Radisson.

Morning breakfasts was delicious and lovely service by Amrita Dubey and Shagufta , I came with my elder brother and he suggested to have breakfast in radisson. Lovely design of the interior hotel #bestbreakfast

Room was very good. Food and service of east and west restaurant was very good. Although morning time was too rush but staff are very active and attending every guest. Special mention Mr. Reyaz . Chef Arshad and chef shyamji for taking care of us

It was a good experience at the hotel. The staff at the restaurant was also very nice. Nikhil and his team did a wonderful job. The proximity to tourist places is also very good making travel easy as traffic in Varanasi is a bit of a thing ! I look forward to visit again in future.

Very nice food and the quality of food is also very nice and elegant. The non-veg was very firm and properly cooked we often visit the radisson hotel and the hotel always remains the same and serves us good food.

Overall Good place to stay. While Checking in, took too much time by the counter staff. The spread of breakfast was Good. Nice Housekeeping staff and in general staff are cooperative and have smiling faces.
