値段相応のホテルではなかった。 メインの場所から1.5kmほど離れており、場所も分かりにくい。 タオルも言わないと出てこなかったり、ドライヤーもなし。 朝食も美味しくなかった。 スタッフもガンジス川ツアーやタクシーを呼ぶのにもすごい高い値段で押し売りしてきます。

Ein sehr guter Service, sehr bemühte und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Super ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer. Auch das angebotene Essen war sehr lecker.

Hotel Rivera Palace, Varanasi Stayed during the Kumbh season. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like they didn’t care about guests at all, maybe because of high demand. We were charged ₹5000 for a room initially, and for the same room, ₹7500 later. When I questioned it, the response was arrogant — “Take it if you want, or leave it.” Totally unexpected behavior from a hospitality service. However, their support staff was polite and helpful — the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Room quality and service were not even close to what was promised. Would not recommend unless you have no other option.

The rooms here are genuinely impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, everything good ends there. The food experience was absolutely horrible. The quality of the food was shockingly bad—definitely not what you'd expect from a place that otherwise looks so polished. To make things worse, the stewards seemed completely untrained. They not only served subpar food but also tried to mislead us about what we were getting. It took over 2 hours to receive our order, and by the time it arrived, it wasn’t even worth the wait. It’s unfortunate because the rooms had us hopeful, but the terrible food and incompetent service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not recommended for dining.

No no no… Worst experience ever, firstly they took for ver to check me in as they hadn’t received the payment while one of your agents also spoke to them and tried to confirm the payment was done but still they wouldn’t let us in for an hour or so and the gave us a bad room with wet, swollen walls and room was smelling muggy. Then comes the bed, pillows were dirty with stains and when pointed to the staff, they arrogantly says what’s wrong with it however they did change it for another shabby ones. Floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned in months it looked like and to top it up, they wouldn’t let us checkout unless we paid for the rooms again after having paid for it on your website. Overall most terrible experience and horrible stay at this hotel.

We checked in at 10 p m they allotted a new room when we entered we were in a shock there were no table or chairs when we asked they were so rude to say that they don’t have of practice of providing chairs and on top of it we were not provided any towels till we left and the breakfast provided by them was pathetic poha was full of small stones and other breakfast was channa batura which was not good at all come morning there was no hot water 💧 available we were provided lukewarm water in filthy buckets is this a kind of service are people don’t do background checks are you people fooling us henceforth shall be extra careful while booking

All was good. The location and everything was good. The ambience was good and response of staff was also good. Food can be better. The rates were higher than usual due to peak season but the stay overall was good.

Worst experience for a 3 star kind of hotel no cleanliness equipments in room not working restaurant service was horrible

Location : inside Dirty Lane, Heavy overcharging for Boat ride and Taxi charges, Shifting to other Guest house which is the worst accommodation with lot of Mosquitoes, no clean linen - Had a very Bad experience
