値段相応のホテルではなかった。 メインの場所から1.5kmほど離れており、場所も分かりにくい。 タオルも言わないと出てこなかったり、ドライヤーもなし。 朝食も美味しくなかった。 スタッフもガンジス川ツアーやタクシーを呼ぶのにもすごい高い値段で押し売りしてきます。

在agoda上橫挑豎挑，忐忑地確定了這家離恆河衹有50米的酒店。從安排機場接機到第二天的觀光安排到第三天的送機，酒店前台都安排的非常完美！酒店房間也是出乎意料的乾淨和舒適！大讚，下次一定會仍住這家！

We checked in at 10 p m they allotted a new room when we entered we were in a shock there were no table or chairs when we asked they were so rude to say that they don’t have of practice of providing chairs and on top of it we were not provided any towels till we left and the breakfast provided by them was pathetic poha was full of small stones and other breakfast was channa batura which was not good at all come morning there was no hot water 💧 available we were provided lukewarm water in filthy buckets is this a kind of service are people don’t do background checks are you people fooling us henceforth shall be extra careful while booking

All was good. The location and everything was good. The ambience was good and response of staff was also good. Food can be better. The rates were higher than usual due to peak season but the stay overall was good.

Location : inside Dirty Lane, Heavy overcharging for Boat ride and Taxi charges, Shifting to other Guest house which is the worst accommodation with lot of Mosquitoes, no clean linen - Had a very Bad experience

Not on good location. Lots of noises coming to room during night. Not comfortable. Cleaning is worst. Not worth it

Only good part was the food Rest a very terrible experience No ventilation No extra blankets Very rude staff Poor hygiene of the toilets Continous noise And they charge like an expensive hotel The only staff that was corteous was the gate keeper

The location of the hotel is such that even a taxi can not reach there. You need to drag your luggage till the hotel. The room feels like Oyo rooms. The Ghats are easily accessible from the hotel - that's the only plus point. Apart from that it's not worth it for the money that you're paying.

No hygiene, saw cockroaches in the room and washroom. The sheets and blankets were terrible, itchy to be precise. Food is okiesh.

No parking & even 4 wheelers can't go till the hotel. It's inside a narrow lane. Hospitality isn't that great. Rooms aren't that clean

Room size was not given as per shown while booking and when asked the hotel they said will change the room but didn't. Food quality is not good compared to prices and they didn't listen to any change request in cooking. Naan is not tandoor here it's tawa and they don't bother to inform that as well. For the price it's not up to the mark.

Had booked this hotel on Agoda with full payment, within 5 min of booking I got a call from the property asking me to speak to agoda that they have been paid short. When I denied doing the same being a customer who had paid in full. They flatly told me that my booking was not confirmed until I sort this issue with Agoda. I am a Solo traveller and have booked various countries through Agoda, never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism However Agoda helped me book a premium 4 star heritage property at a prime location. That's when I realized that booking Rivera at that rate was a mistake and there are better options more luxurious and close Overall I would say I found this hotel extremely unreliable and unprofessional
