Very bad the sheet were torn lift wasn’t working the room was unclean and food was bad and not worth the price

The services were not up to the mark. It was unhygienic and very unman-aged lift wasn’t working and food was overpriced the mattresses were torn off and there was no wifi terrible experience. Holes in the mattress

The hotel is in totally the worst condition hygiene level zero the washrooms are not cleaned mosquito inside of the rooms bedsheet and towels are not cleaned they charged a fee of extra water bottles even though they were not provided to me. The lift is in too bad condition and too small. Not worth the value paid for one night. I don't have images

Stay was average. Room was good. Room service was poor. Behaviour of receptionist was nice. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom was not clean

The hotel is just disgusting no service available and if available then that’s so late terrible staff behaviour a third class hotel in my life ever i have been. This is not make my trip suggest-able

Not recommend for any kind of traveler, rooms are dirty, bathroom is pathetic,tv never work, phone never worked, there was no proper lock at the door, no amenities, not even water. No hot water, the water flow was very slow it took almost 10 min to fill a bucket, When informed the receptionist : no one bother to check the room, when we asked to check out one of them come to check but nothing was happened. It was our mistake to stay at this hotel. A big no to this hotel who so ever looking for it even in cheaper price.

Got a very clean and good room at the hotel. Hotel staff are very cooperative and helpful all the time. Restaurant facility is also available at the hotel and they respond all the time on phone. Overall a very good stay at the hotel divya, assi ghat, varanasi.

Poor hygiene, no house keeping, no change of sheets prior to check in, no efforts from hotel management even after multiple request to provide clean sheets and arrange cleaning of washroom
