在大路邊，晚上有車來回，噪音比較大。 裝修比較古老，設施完備。早餐不算豐富，相對10歐元的單價，有點小貴了。 距離機場30分鐘左右，地址容易找，可以作為臨時落腳點。

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The bed was rock hard, the mini fridge hummed loudly, constant traffic noise heard clearly all night so we got no sleep. The location is okay if you like being away from everything. One of the worst places we've ever stayed at.

Staff was very rude, especially the reception, they don't know how to speak in English, we had a booking for an excertion they had called me in 22:30 in the night, I was a sleep and forced me to postpone the excertion, it was really weird in that night. As I got a feeling that they had forgotten to book. The following on the day of the excertion, I went to check if the excertion is still in and they said no as I canceled the excertion, when they had postponed it. And they blamed on me. When I gave them my proof they immediately turn the story and somehow managed to find a place for the excertion. And I asked for a packed lunch and whey blamed me again that as If I canceled the excertion and I had to explain them again that they, the reception have postponed it. And made it a point when something is postponed it will move all agreement to the agreement date including the packed lunch, and then they admitted that it had to come from there side. Not to mention there is an elderly women who works in reception who was point finger and calling '' you come here'' like we are dogs. This is unacceptable behaviour! I can't say more as there is more to be said on the reception part.This was the worst 5 star with the customer service of the reception part. On the other hand food and drinks where inedible. Head chef and his team has no idea how to cook Mediterranean food. Waste of money. And breakfast opened late aswell, and after opening late the omelette station was still closed and one of the chef said that it's not ready when breakfast should open at 7:30am. And the website is not updated as breakfast says it opens at 6:30am. Not to mention many plates where full of water not polished and underneath the plate was dirty with bits of food from the previous people HOW DIRTY CAN YOU BE!! And neither they don't know how to lable food as not all food was labeled. And where labeled incorrectly. There needs to be a huge change on the staff and Especially MANAGERS !! And with the cleaning it was all dusty and full off hair of other people. I even found out a boxer of someone else under the vanity. Not to mention one of the night I found the housekeeping laying on our deck hair instead of doing there job. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. SHAME ON YOU GALINI PALACE !!!! YOU MANGES TO BE THE WORST 5 STAR HOTEL you deserve a 2 star to be fair!

The excellent rating comes from the attentiveness of the staff and the value. The room was fine, view great, balcony was noisy from nearby arterial road, but that's Athens. A km. or so away is Voula's plaza where folks gather to eat, do coffee or just hang out. Decor in common areas needs an upgrade, but pleasant enough.
