Прекрасный отель для семейного отдыха! Отличный СПА! Аутентичная болгарская кухня! Все вкусно и в достаточном количестве. Шведский стол. Бар с напитками с утра до вечера (алкогольные в том числе). Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Особенно понравилась русскоязычная женщина Ольга из украинского Николаева, создавшую для нас уютную и дружелюбную атмосферу. Прекрасный вид из всех окон на море! Засыпаешь и просыпаешься под рокот набегающих волн и крики чаек!... Приедем еще!

I never thought an all inclusive holiday on a 4 star hotel can be so terrible. When I get there I didn't have alot of expectations but it was alot more awful than the reviews I read before booking. The hotel has alot of potential but is not looked after, the management is rubbish and very rude to the customers. The others employees the didn't talk nothing else that Bulgarian or Russian some of them. None of the international languages, I've tried to talk in 3 different languages with them but it was unsuccessful. Fod and drinks was nothing impressive neither food was exactly the same every second day and drinks some of them didn't been available most of the time for example wine which finishes quite often and sometimes wasn't available dor 1 or 2 days. Instead of beer they give you foam and the canned or bottled beer wasn't included on all inclusive. Food service was rubbish as well as is not free buffet they served and the portions where very small and waiting in long queues until you got the food, and if want more you have to rejoin the queue. Overall state of the hotel anf facilities where poor . Most of the things over there were closed.

Dirt, boredom, theft from the room and the owner is always a drunk nationalist!!! do not recommend! In the hotel, two bars, one was not working, of course, the second had a queue, and the table flies were flying and cockroaches were climbing. The rooms were cleaned, but very superficially. Perfume was stolen from my wife, we talked with the manager so no one returned them. The only thing that pleased this sea was clean and warm.

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools. The pools and the combination of the hot water and sea is great. But the personnel was rude and not really nice. As for the restorant, the personal there was nice and hard-working, the food was good, it was not the best food but there was a lot of things and we liked most of the food. I could have been more diverse but it was nice. Probably the best part is that the hotel is located exactly on the beach.

Rare combination of SPA, mneral water and beachfront location. Food delicious and Ukrainian staff was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Relaxed holiday, highly recommend. Room was big and comfortable, variety of veggie options and the best massage I ever had, salt room is also very good.

This is the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. It does not correspond to 4 stars at all, it doesn't deserve even 2 stars. The furniture is falling apart - the desk in the room was "repaired" with masking tape, the carpet is dirty, worn out, and stained. Rusty and dirty hardware in the bathroom, the room reeked of mold. The food offered in the "all inclusive" option was disgusting and served by their personnel, with huge long lines and ridiculously long wait time. I didn't eat any thing, didn't even have coffee because it was offered in plastic cups for water that are not safe for hot drinks. Paid for 2 nights, left after the first one because of the horrible conditions. Complained at reception and was told that they couldn't offer any compensation. Don't make the mistake of staying at this hotel - it is literally falling apart, zero maintenance since the day it was built. This is not just my experience, you can read other reviews on other sites and then see how the hotel responded to those - by attacking the guest and blaming them, claiming they never stayed there even though the reviews are verified, etc. Totally unprofessional and tells you exactly what you can expect from this hotel.

It is a very nice hotel, the room is very spacious. We were little bit dissatisfied about restaurant because the food was served by staff and they didn’t have enough staff, all the time was queue. We enjoyed every night the entertainment.
