Un hotel simple et charmant selon moi. On sent que ca a vecu mais c'est bien entretenu, propre et le personnel très courtois; et c'est ce qui fait son charme. Très bon emplacement: les banques sont à 2 pas, la gare juste à coté et la mer derrière.

Located in city centre near to bus stand and railway station. Websites have overrated the hotel. Is decent and is value for money. Biggest problem is lack of parking for cars. Have to park outside on the road. Has free wifi, inroom coffee maker and kettle. Breakfast has various selections but most of them were not upto the taste needed. There is a theatre in front of the hotel and a Pizza hut. Some good restaurants are nearby. Staff however are very co-operative and try to help out as much as possible.

The *********** ratings and comments are not to be believed. Shower had mildewed ceiling and grout. A single bar of soap and small thin bath towel were the amenities. Bed was creaky and not comfortable. Thank goodness the air con worked.

Very bad hotel, even a 2 star hotel is better than this hotel., pathetic service. Swimming pool is dirty Water leaking from the AC in the corridor Not all itinerary are available. Have to call again and again for sevices. It's the worst hotel I have visited in my lifetime.

Old hotel, old rooms, old furniture but doesn't matter at all as the staff is very cooperative, amenities are good, breakfast although not a big spread but palatable. Special thanks to the front desk lady Priya for her guidance and support.

Food quality at the restaurant is the worst, you have to search for the remaining food or leftover, they are not interested in serving their guests . Strongly recommend to eat out in case you decide to stay in this hotel.

Hotel HQ is a 4-star hotel with now 5-star facilities! We arrived a week ago, and are being treated like royalty! Our deluxe room #402 is magnificent, and beautifully maintained and cleaned daily. The breakfast and lunch buffets are outstanding - four live stations - super-fresh and outstanding gourmet fare! Chef Sumeet is a genius. The wait staff are ever-smiling and super-efficient - Obit, Sita, Pooja, Jivetius, Rufus, Naveed, Aditya, to name just a few. Front Office led by the lovely Janvi and Naz have been amazing in arranging drivers, printing, etc., and Nicole in keeping maintenance. We have hosted a number of lunches and dinners for our friends here at Hotel HQ the past week, the service has been awesome! All credit to the General Manager Charissa Tiegel for an outstanding job, and making our stay so memorable this Christmas 2022!

I visited grapevine restaurant with my friends to have food. I really liked the ambience of the restaurant.Choice of menu was really good. We called for Chef to help us out for the choice of dishes to order as we were confused. Chef Sumit happened to guide us very well with our orders. He made us try his Chicken Lasooni Kebab which was really good. Well cooked tender chicken. Then we had lip smacking hot garlic chicken as suggested by him. It was damn good. And lastly amazing & the most excellent dish Chicken kadhai ***** with Butter naan just made our evening. We wanted to order for desserts also but we were really full... I would really like to thank Chef Sumit for this amazing hospitality. I would definitely visit here again & would also recommend by others friends to visit.

The breakfast spread is very limited. Looking at the tariff, need increase the menu drastically. In the room, only 2 hangers were provided, the lenin like towels are not so hygiene. The tariff should be competitive for the corporate booking

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to every need. The amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were top-notch. The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I'll definitely be returning for another stay.

Good hotel, strategically located in the heart of Vasco. Rooms are good, and room service was good as well. Due to the weather in goa, the lifts and common areas had a strong damp smell. Restaurant at the hotel is decent, more options for Non-Veg with basic options for veg. Breakfast buffet in decent, nothing very fancy. Staff is courteous and polite. Parking is limited, no valet (for self driven cars)

Best experience ever.The check-in was smooth and was done in 5 minutes.The staff were extremely attentive especially the reception staff even arranged our vehicle for our commute within minutes.The breakfast buffet was top-notch,would highly recommend 10/10.
