Oh là là, laissez moi vous dire, mon expérience culinaire à la Bastide Rose a été un véritable feu d'artifice de saveurs ! C'était comme si mes papilles avaient enfilé des chaussures de danse et qu'elles se lançaient dans une samba gastronomique endiablée. J'ai commencé par une entrée si délicieuse que j'ai cru que mon palais allait s'envoler vers les cieux. Les saveurs se sont enlacées dans une danse harmonieuse, telles des danseurs étoiles exécutant des pas de ballet parfaitement chorégraphiés. Le plat principal, quant à lui, était tout simplement sensationnel. Les ingrédients se sont entrelacés dans une symphonie culinaire, créant une explosion de saveurs dans ma bouche. J'ai fermé les yeux pour mieux savourer chaque bouchée, et je me suis retrouvé transporté dans un univers parallèle où les légumes chantaient et la poisson dansait le tango. Et que dire du dessert ? C'était comme si une fanfare de douceur avait défilé dans ma bouche. Les saveurs sucrées se sont déchaînées comme des danseurs de salsa, et j'ai fini par me demander si je devais applaudir ou commander un rappel pour en avoir encore plus. Le service à la Bastide Rose était tout aussi remarquable. Les serveurs semblaient être des maîtres de la danse, glissant entre les tables avec une grâce impressionnante. Ils étaient attentionnés et souriants, prêts à satisfaire tous nos caprices culinaires. En conclusion, si vous voulez faire danser vos papilles et vivre une expérience gastronomique mémorable, rendez-vous à la Bastide Rose. Préparez-vous à être emporté dans un tourbillon de saveurs et à danser le flamenco avec votre fourchette. Mais attention, votre palais risque de devenir accro et de réclamer une nouvelle danse culinaire à chaque visite.

A very friendly reception at this charming mill house with much history attached. Nicole, the owner was an excellent hostess and helped create the sentiment of staying in a comfortable private house. We much enjoyed hearing about her husband Pierre Salinger who was Press Secretary to John Kennedy and Johnson. She directed us to a very good restaurant in Ile de la Sorgue for dinner. Breakfast was full of choice.

What an oasis. La Bastide Rose is a perfect location to use as a hub to visit Vaucluse and the Luberon. The welcome, attention to detail and the cuisine were faultless. Thank you to Poppy, Magali, Emanuel and the team for making our stay so special!

I’ve been at Bastide Rose already twice and every time I’m impressed by the beauty of the place and by the peace that you can breathe all around. The owner, Mme Poppy Salinger, is a great host and very charmante! The Rooms are large, looking over the park and its artistic installations, equipped with all comforts and in perfect style provencal! Breakfast is served in the garden and very good and if you make a reservation you can also have dinner there: les recettes du chef Emmanuel Sont fabuleuses! Highly recommended if you want to disconnet yourself from the rest of the world!

It is no wonder that 80% of clients to La Bastide Rose are return customers. Once you have been seduced by the tranquil beauty and unrivaled welcome at La Bastide Rose you will never want to go anywhere else. This was our first séjour chez Poppy but it most certainly will not be our last. Everything and everyone was perfect from the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, lovely gardens and pool and utterly delightful terrace. I cannot imagine a better moment than sipping morning coffee on the charming terrace and deciding how to spend my day. Sheer bliss.

If you like nature, if you appreciate art, if you simply need to be warmly welcomed into a little corner of paradise spend time at this remarkable bastide. There are so many places to get lost and find yourself. The island, the rivers, the bridges, the birds, the flowers and everything thoughtfully arranged to allow for a special moment reconnecting with yourself and with nature. This place is very special and very inviting. Somehow the grand dame of this estate makes you feel as if you belong there. And, of course, woven into that welcome is the magic of her remarkable history. Yes there is a pool. But there is also an unobtrusive museum dedicated to Poppy Salinger's late husbànd, Pierre Salinger, former press secretary to JFK. And the restaurant Au Gusto, La Table d'Emmanuel is in perfect harmony with the bastide, an unforgetable dining experience. There is no downside to this experience other than at some point you have to leave.

Mia moglie Antonella e io abbiamo soggiornato a La Bastide Rose dal 6 al 14 luglio, con il nostro cane Zoe. La Bastide Rose è un luogo magico e ha reso la nostra vacanza nella splendida Provenza ancora più indimenticabile. La proprietaria Mrs Salinger, lo Chef Emanuel e tutto lo staff sono gentilissimi e fanno di tutto per mettere gli ospiti a loro agio. Speriamo di poter tornare in futuro. Abbiamo tante altre cose da vedere in Provenza!

c'est à chaque fois un grand bonheur de séjourner dans cette maison aux allures de maison de famille. l'accueil y est chaleureux les chambres sont très confortables le petit déjeuner est parfait la table gastronomique est tout à fait remarquable sans être ostentatoire nous y reviendrons évidemment et ferons découvrir ce bijou provençal à de réels connaisseurs qui sauront apprécier Merci à Poppy etAygulf et à Emmanuel
