房間很大 很舒服…也很乾凈 服務也好 停車場免費的 絕對夠用 露台很舒服 很好的酒店 距離阿維尼翁也才10多分鐘 很方便 之前第一次因為不是自駕住的阿維尼翁 酒店價格是這家的兩倍以上 房間還沒這麼大 自駕的朋友可以考慮

對於自駕來說，這裏很好，停車方便免費，房間大而舒適，泳池可愛旁邊還有開趴的音樂和氛圍，早餐豐富，我們晚餐也在這兒解決，兩天如此，其他住客也像我們的選擇，這種陽光花園餐廳配着南法小哥認真熱情的服務和美味不貴的餐食（重點推20多歐的科西嘉牛排），就根本沒必要在雜亂的阿維尼翁老城裡找什麼口碑餐廳了。總之這個酒店值得一住（居然還有中國旅行團）不過現在旅行團的質量估計也提高了

We loved this hotel! We left yesterday and miss it already. The whole building is charming. Think teddy bears, flowers, even an old typewriter my kid got a kick out of. Public areas include a very small lounge by the reception and a breakfast room with a big window overlooking a small street. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and most spoke some English. There is a small lift up to the rooms as well as a twisty interior staircase my son also enjoyed. Each floor has a couple of levels with a few stairs between each, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a room that doesn't require any stairs. Rooms: We had the junior suite for 3. (More than 3 would be quite cramped.) It has a double bed and a chair folded out into a twin. There is also a desk, two chairs, small table, chest of drawers, small closet, and additional clothes rack. So we were able to unpack most of our stuff and put it away. There is a small WC and bathroom with sink, drawers and shelving, bath/shower and clothesline. There's a small fridge mostly stuffed with minibar items, but we were able to cram in a couple of our own items. There were several windows but it did get rather dim in the evenings once the sun went down. The windows open directly onto a ledge, no screen, which might be concerning if you have a very inquisitive or adventurous toddler. We slept with a window open for a couple of nights and I did get a few bug bites, but I am one of those people who's irresistible to mosquitoes and very allergic; my companions were not bothered. The temperature was comfortable in late June and we didn't feel the need to try the A/C or heat. Amenities: Tea selection, instant coffee, real coffee; teapot and coffee machine; condensed milk, real and fake sugar. 2 teacups, 2 espresso cups, 2 spoons. Bathroom provided soap and combo shower gel/shampoo; no conditioner. Breakfast is an amazing buffet: Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon and sausages, croissants, pain au chocolate, brioche, bread, pickles, olives, tea, coffee, espresso machine, fresh squeezed orange juice, milk, soy milk, other juices, cheeses, cold meats, fruits (strawberries, watermelon, pineapple), veggies, etc. It runs 'til 11 and even on the day we showed up late, they kindly gave us a ton of food. Location: This could be a pro or a con, depending on your preferences. It's right off the Place de l'Horloge, which has a ton of cafes and restaurants and glaciers and a cute little carousel. It's steps from the Palais de Papes. That is all very convenient, but it also means you hear all of the activities of the Place at night: late-night revelry (there was a big music festival Friday night and the band was...not great) and early-morning deliveries and such.

Excellent for young families. Helpful and attentive staff. The receptionist spoke excellent English, and the children were provided with welcome packs on arrival. The rooms were large, well air-conditioned, and everyone including the kids slept well

Hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr! herzlich empfangen an der Rezeption, zuvor konnten wir wegen einer Sperrung der Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel es erst nicht erreichen und unser Navi fand keinen Weg. Nach Anruf im Hotel kam von dort ein Mitarbeiter gelaufen! und öffnete die Sperrung und geleitete uns neben unserem Auto laufend bis zum Hotel. Dann begleitete er meinen Mann zum Parkplatz, da es kompliziert zur reservierten Parkstelle in einer großen Halle war wegen eines kirchlichen Ereignis mit einem wohl hohen Würdenträger, zu dem die Polizei alles gesperrt hatte. Dies war ein einmaliges Ereignis in Orange, aber man hat uns vom Hotel sehr geholfen mit dem Auto. Unsere Juniorsuite war sehr groß mit grossem bequemen Bett. Das Badezimmer war das größte, was wir in 6 Wochen Frankreichurlaub hatten, alles perfekt ausgestattet, klassischer Stil , aber mit sehr schönen Kacheln/Fliesen. Die Dusche war sehr groß und nichts wurde nass außerhalb und der Fliesenboden in der Dusche war nicht glatt, sondern sehr sicher (viel ! besser als in den meisten anderen Hotels). Duschen war ein Genuss dort! Alles war schön eingerichtet, NICHT wie in einer anderen Gästebewertung geschrieben „lieblos“, das stimmt nicht. Die Heizung funktionierte gut (November) und man konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen, so schön ruhig war es. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht, also dazu keine Meinung. Lage perfekt im Zentrum. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert, dem Hotel und seinen Mitarbeitern vielen Dank!!

Great expérience! The service is very friendly & helpful. A short menu in the restaurant but good. Good buffet breakfast. We were in room 304 with window on the main road but the hotel is well insulated. Very high ceiling & plenty of room. Impeccably clean.
