フロント応対が丁寧で、観光案内、タクシー手配、ブルガリア貨交換などよく教えてくれた。朝食は注文だったが他ホテルの朝食のようにビュッフェ方式の方が良かった。

Nice location and hotel with a good restaurant on site. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome! Only issue we had is there was no AC as the hotel advertised.

The hotel offers everything a traveller needs. The rooms are spacius and cozy, the staff is very polite. Quite comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is from a menu, but is pretty good and big. Free coffee and juice. In fact, the restaurant of the hotel was the first thing I have noticed. They offer very good meals and is worthy to taste.

Small nice hotel in the center of Veliko Tarnovo, just in front of a garden/park and walking distance from the city center points of interest. Very welcoming and attentive service from front desk team, we got to the hotel much before check-in time, it was raining on our arrival and they let us leave our baggage, offered if we need anything, a drink, umbrella, very nice and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, classic décor with carpet, not so modern, but the service and attention were really the best. Very good breakfast at the restaurant (had 3 options to choose from), all of them very complete and the food was tasty. Price-quality ratio was very good, definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had several minor issues. Broken and missing window blinds, broken shower head, broken light fixture and nightstand lamp, broken tub. There was also a misunderstanding about charging items to the room. First we were assured we’d be able to charge the room. However, upon leaving, we were asked to pay cash for the items. Otherwise, the room met our is basic needs.

For its low prices, the hotel satisfies all the posible needs a traveller would have. The rooms are pretty decent, clean and cozy. The breakfast ist included, and although they do not offer many choices, let's be honest: If you want to eat like in a three Michelin star restaurant, go to five stars. In conclusion, the hotel covers all the facilities you pay for. It is perfect, especially for tranzit.
