阿巴納斯基漢酒店(Arbanashki HAN Hotelcomplex)

Voilà un lieu où d'apparence tout est magnifique, seule la réalité est au rendez vous. Le naturel revient vite au galop. Après avoir visité la chambre, très bel aménagement dans une maison traditionnelle typique bulgare vieille de 3 siècles, nous avons compris que le calme s'effaçait rapidement au profit du bruit effectué par de grands groupes mals gérés puisqu'ils mangent à l'extérieur sous les fenêtres des chambres. Tolérants, nous avons laissé jeunesse se faire malgré tous les gens qui chantaient, criaient, hurlaient et même tiraient des pétards... À 1h30 à bout de ce vacarme, nous avons cries par la fenêtre pour que ça s'arrête. L'hôtel gère très mal ces grands groupes. C'est une faute professionnelle. Il devrait contenir les nuisances en les accueillant en salle. Et puis si le bruit est toléré jusqu'à minuit en Bulgarie, Il doit être contenu. Établissement en dessous de tout qui n'assume aucune de ses responsabilités face au problème. Lorsque j'ai averti l'agence qui avait réservé pour nous, nous devenions les fautifs car nous ne nous sommes pas levés pour aller à la réception. Sachez que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception. Cet hôtel ne vaut comme note qu'un ZÉRO inscrit en caractère gras. Le personnel de la réception est minable. Le lendemain, je suis allé à la réception pour leur faire part de ma requête que j'avais pris la peine d'écrire sur Google Traduction car dans ces moments là personne ne parle anglais...A chaque phrase, le type me répondait OK. J'avais l'impression qu'il se foutait de moi.

Un precioso complejo hotelero, com amplios jardines, restaurante interior y exterior, y amplio y sencillo parking. Muy buena ubicación, en Arbanasi, a cuatro kilómetros de Veliko Tarnovo, mucho más tranquilo y con varias iglesias para visitar, incluyendo la famosa iglesia de la Natividad, uno de los principales atractivos turísticos de la zona. Habitaciones amplias com cama y ducha cómodas y una pequeña terraza-balcón. Una muy buena elección para explorar la zona.

Great experience! Clean and warm room, comfortable bed! Very friendly and helpful staff! We were offered a breakfast menu to choose from and had everything prepared fresh and yummy! Do not miss to visit if in Veliko Tarnovo region!

We had our wedding here yesterday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with a powerful shower. The food is fantastic, along with good, helpful service. All the staff made every effort to accommodate any request we had. The gardens were stunning. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an event venue or simply to have a holiday. Thank you Arbanashki Han!

The Han is very beautiful complex, with a pleasant garden. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with a few choices. The Tavern located in the garden offers a menu with a variety of BBQ specialties. The Kazan Dibi dessert was delicious! The room was nice, typically for a Han ;) , with a double bad (P.S. the mattress must be change!) and an extensive armchair for my kid. The garden has a lovely playground for kids. A free parking lot for guests of the complex is just next door. Next to the Complex , up on the hill, there is another building with an Italian Restaurant Primo Gusto. Here is also a pool, but was not functional during my stay. Overall, the Han is a very nice place, definitely recommend it.

The place is amazing. The waitresses also are really nice. This is the end of my good review. 1. I spoke with a man in the reception on the phone. He told me that the price for 3 nights will be 240 leva. I wanted to confirm it, since I wanted a double room. He confirmed the price and I made the reservation. When we arrived they told me that we can pay when we leave since we are with baby. After 3 days they explained to me that I was in luxury apartment and I need to pay 720 leva for the 3 nights. ?!? They asked if it didn’t seem strange for me that The apartment is more luxurious. IT WASNT!! it was normal 2 bedroom apartment 😀 there were spiders all over the room and for the “luxury” we didn’t receive even cleaning of the room. I tried to speak to the receptionist that I didn’t want that kind of apartment and he told me that there is nothing he can do. I don’t know where the manager was. Really bad service. Thieves and liars.
