Rooms and washrooms are clean. The only problem with this hotel is wifi. They give one time guest coupon code which can be connected to only one device. Signal strength is also average. Frequent disconnections happen. So, difficult to work in laptop
We stayed at this hotel for a night in Feb 2024, essentially as a stopover, in our long road trip. We chose this property, based on available reviews. However, our choice proved to be a very bad one. I would normally like to start any review with positive and desirable aspects. However, I really struggle to recall anything positive about this hotel, except maybe the decent South Indian breakfast. The hotel is located in a very very crowded noisy area. One would struggle to even briefly park in front of the hotel, to alight. The underground car parking area (which is connected to hotel lobby through a lift) has a very muddy, extremely dusty and uneven floor and is worse than a badly maintained horse stable. We were given a room in the Ground Floor. Barely two hours after we checked in (of course, after providing all our identity credentials) say around 6pm, some stranger knocks at our door and demands the details of the occupants of the room. We asked the intruder to get lost and later complained about this with the management. The GM subsequently tried to justify saying that the person was collecting occupancy report. This is plain horrible and totally unacceptable and I have never come across this in any decent hotel. We paid over Rs. 4000 as room rent for a night stay. And this is sheer waste of money! The linen provided had a brown tinge. The split air conditioner was spewing water droplets through the night and we were not told about the so called remote-controlled fan. The back of the hotel is a deserted area, infested with undesirable people who were making loud noises throughout the hotel. The hotel lobby is nothing to write about and so is the quality of the rooms. The maintenance of the room leaves a lot to be desired. In short, this is a hotel where I will never venture to stay again. I really regret writing a not so positive review about any hotel. But then the facts and circumstances have to be shared, without being coloured!!
Dear Sir, Good Day!!! Booking Name : John Jijo Room No : #309 Date of stay : 25/01 to 26/01 I hope your doing great !! I just want to share some feedback of our stay in benzz park vellore on 25/012024 to 26/01/2024, so, I booked the room through make my trip. On 25th morning I called to the property and spoke to Ms. Sakthi regarding my late check in and I requested for late check out as well ,as soon as I ask for the late check out she was pointing about the tarrif for the late check out then I told her ok madam I will come directly an speak to you regarding this and i disconnected the call. I checked in at the hotel at around 6:00pm and I was again asking to Ms. Sakthi regarding the late check out the moment she said ,sir you have to pay half a day charges and I asked her how much is the half a day charges, She said Rs 2,500 need to pay. I agree to pay and i went to my room, Then I had my dinner in the restaurant which is close to the reception. The next day on 26/01/2024, I called to the room service around 12:00pm and requesting them to make a pesto sauce pasta ,first there were some Lady spoke to me and she passed a phone to some gentle *** then the gentle *** said sir I will give a call back regarding your order and he disconnected my call. I was waiting for this gentleman callback for more than one hour but I didn't not receive any call from them. Then I decide to have a lunch outside and i went out. Again !!! I called the room service at 4:00pm to place a order for a chicken grilled sandwich there was a gentleman took my order and he said to me it will take 25-30mins to deliver to the room, I said that's fine go-ahead with the order , Then I was waiting for my sandwich more than 40mins again I called the room service again and I asked what happen to my order, the gentleman *** replied to me that he have plenty of orders itseems so that's the reason it taking much time. Again I am waiting for my order. Mean while there was call i recieve from the reception I don't know who is the person who called me at 5:30 pm,,if am not wrong it would be Ms.Sakthi. So from the reception some lady called and said that I need to do the check out as soon as possible time, I replied to that lady in a polite way. Madam the reason Iam doing late check out is my transit train time is night 10o clock so atleast I need the room until 7:30pm. And again she was requesting me to vacate the room by 7:00pm because they are filled with booking so I need to clear my room and they will clean the room and give it to someone else itseems. After finishing all this conversation also i didn't receive my sandwich which I order at 4:00pm then I lost my patience i step down to the reception and I met Mr. Vinay. I explained everything about all the issues which am facing then he apologize to me then finally i received my sandwich at 5:40 pm if am not wrong . Regarding the cleanliness of room is not up to the mark ,the room which I got (#309) is worst in condition the bed line
Yes. The Hotel is very good and cleaning and other services are better than thought. Proper arrangements of furnitures and comfortable accessories for controlling A C and other devices. Overall a good experience
The USP of this property is it's location. Situated a few minutes walk from the CMC , it's a perfect stay for patients visiting the hospital. Booked a non a.c room over phone. Reception is spacious and exudes old world charm . The room allotted was airy and of standard size. There was no bottled water, no tea maker. intercom and TV were non functional The wash room was small, dank and the commode had seen better days. The cover came off the hinges when I tried to lift it. After much persuasion, shifted to another room. The wash room was same as the other room, but the commode cover was fixed. Went for meals at the roof top restaurant. Both food and ambience were excellent. Even if someone stays elsewhere, must try their food. And the buffet breakfast was also up to the mark. The management should take note of points mentioned here, so that a guest's stay in this property is comfortable.
Very mean services by not so friendly staff. The basic things like toiletry, towel, coffee table etc were poorly refilled after repeated asking. Complementary breakfast was average The room key has to be recharged everyday at front desk or you will be surprising see to find the key not working after you reach the room past noon. Have to wait until they bring my a new one. Room service was very poor. The tea and coffee ordered were nearly cold when they arrive. Parking is an issue everyday again by not so friendly security staff The pluses are location at good area with nearby restaurants and clean rooms.
One of the hidden secrets in Vellore to get the accommodation lies with Darling Residency. Don’t get fooled by the lack of huge entrance and foyer. The rooms are fairly large sized with king size bed, working table and a chair and very nice bath room. All the amenities are standard and I had no issues to address. Being a frequent traveler to various places both in India and abroad, I can safely say that I was very much comfortable. I also enjoyed sumptuous and tasty food in the attached vegetarian restaurant. Last but not least is that the employees ( from front desk to room service) are extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit next time.
訪訪客Our stay in hill fort resort was very pleasant. Elite rooms are great. Staffs are polite and friendly. We had campfire night which was fun. Breakfast is complementary and good but not too great. On another hand, the place is reserved and road (1. 5 km) near to the resort is narrow where 2 vehicles cannot pass through. On cost wise it is bit above the average market price. Overall i will go with 4/5 rating considering the other resorts in yelagiri. Go for it.
AAnilkumar616Stayed for one night on 8th September. Hotel is closely located near the Golden Temple. Check in was too slow as the staff seem to be very confused about handling the check in of guests. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. House Keeping is also very Slow. Breakfast is a huge disappointment as the guests have to go outside the hotel to a restaurant for Breakfast and the Breakfast is served on a Plate with most of the items being cold. The service is also very slow with almost all the guests were waiting and were almost getting restless waiting for the Breakfast to be served . Overall it is a 2 Star Hotel Property with comfortable rooms but with untrained and shortage of staff.
Here are some of the highlights: * Clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs * Friendly and helpful staff * Free Wi-Fi and parking * On-site restaurant serving Indian cuisine * Convenient location close to many attractions, including Jalakandeswarar Temple, Vellore Fort, and Nemili Sri Bala Peetam Overall, Aloka Stay Inn seems like a great option for budget-minded travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Vellore. Here are some things to keep in mind before booking your stay: * Some reviews mention that the showers don't have a separate stall, which can lead to the bathroom floor getting wet. * The on-site restaurant may be a bit pricey, but there are other dining options nearby.
