L'hôtel est situé en face d'un hanger où TOUS LES MATINS, les employés des poubelles travaillent. Dès 5h du matin, le cirque commence...ils montent les petits trailers dont ils se servent pour ramasser les ordures, font tomber des barres de métal par terre, scient, poncent...parlent fort sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Et puis vers 6h30, c'est le cirque des livraisons qui commence...des dizaines et des dizaines de passages de transpalettes qui passent en faisant un boucan d'enfer. Bref, 5 jours à près de 1200 euros pour ne pas dormir, c'est très cher payé! On a demandé une autre chambre mais il n'y avait plus de place! Je n'arrive pas à comprendre pourquoi ce n'est pas plus mentionné dans les commentaires ??? Il faut savoir que notre chambre donnait sur la rue perpendiculaire et non la ruelle. Aussi, nous avons mis le filtre petit déjeuner pour choisir notre hôtel sur Booking. Arrivés là-bas, pas de petit déjeuner...alors que c'est encore indiqué sur la description de l'hôtel sur Booking + dans la chambre. Pour finir, la clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, quand on rentrait le soir il faisait près de 27 degrés... Les points positifs : Pas loin du centre, chambre bien décorées et très propres. Bref, très déçus pour le prix!

Abbiamo alloggiato dal 7 al 9 maggio avendo prenotato 4 mesi prima dopo aver visto le immagini delle camere in classico stile veneziano molto carine. Beh che devo dire... Sono stati due giorni molto belli la struttura è vicina alle maggiori attrazioni della città ma allo stesso tempo leggermente defilata dai posti più affollati. Siccome il giorno 8 era il mio compleanno mi hanno fatto trovare in camera una bottiglia di prosecco con due calici a dimostrazione della cura che mettono in ogni particolare con un biglietto di auguri. Gentilezza, cortesia e pulizia sono indice di garanzia... Lo consiglio veramente a chiunque voglia visitare la città usufruendo di una struttura veramente valida e carina.

Abbiamo lasciato questo pomeriggio l'Apostoli Palace dove abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, trovandoci benissimo. La posizione è ottima, in una via silenziosa e tranquilla ma a due passi da negozi, ristoranti e bar e vicinissimo alle fermate dei vaporetti sia per le isole che per Canal Grande. Passeggiando tranquillamente per non più di 10 minuti si arriva a Ponte di Rialto. Siamo stati consigliati anche per una visita ad una fornace a Murano dove essendo ospiti dell'hotel non abbiamo pagato la dimostrazione. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era una junior suite composta da una camera matrimoniale con frigobar arredata in stile veneziano con travi a vista e uno splendido lampadario, bagno molto grande con kit di cortesia composto da saponi e saponette, crema corpo, limette,cuffie, salviette struccanti e ciabbattine; comunicante e separata solo da una porta scorrevole c'era la stanza della bimba con letto singolo, divanetto con tavolino basso e tavolo più grande con sedie. Tutti gli ambienti molto puliti e materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Il gestore molto cordiale e disponibile.

Stayed here for 3 nights & couldn’t recommend it enough. Andrea is very welcoming & accommodating. Our room was absolutely beautiful & we had everything we needed. It was clean & very comfortable, only 10-15 mins walk to StMarcs Sq & Rialto Bridge. It was home from home! Will definitely go back

We visited this hotel 15 years ago on our silver wedding anniversary so decided to return for our Ruby. Last time it was excellent - this time it wasn’t. We expected to arrive around 7 on a Saturday evening and advised the hotel of this. They said that was fine but that if we were later than 8 the reception would not be manned so sent us a code to get in. We arrived at 6 and there was not a soul in the place, it seems the entire staff go home mid afternoon. I have to say that the staff on reception in the mornings were very helpful. Breakfast was not included but we were led to believe we could get it at an extra cost, we couldn’t - the hotel does not provide food of any description. The room was very small, though the bed was comfortable. The shower door was broken and the air conditioning has a mind of it’s own. The location is reasonable though it is hard to find. At over €200 per night it does not provide value.

Excellent location, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly efficient service. What's not to love?! I'd highly reccomend a stay at Apostoli Palace when visiting Venice and I'll be back on my next trip.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a quiet part of Venice. There's no breakfast options in the hotel but there are small cafes near by to grab breakfast. A little tricky to find it but worth it. I would advise asking the hotel for directions before you arrive

Amazing location, rooms and staff, definitely coming back, Andrea is such a helpful and decent owner and the place itself is a masterpiece located in a non crowded area but walkable from all the important highlights of Venice, the furniture is amazing as well

We recently stayed at the Apostoli Palace and were slightly underwhelmed by our stay. We had booked a superior room, but although a comfortable bed and reasonable sized room, would say it felt more of a standard room (S. Barnaba) compared to other hotels we have stayed in that were labelled as superior. All the guest rooms at the hotel are on the top floor - so 3 flights of stairs to be aware of! Plus points: A quiet location but very near to the Allilaguna and Vaporetto stop (Fondamente Nova) A short walk to numerous local restaurants /bars 10-15 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square The not so plus points: The view from our "superior" room was of the wall of the opposite building and a private courtyard of the people living next door - not exactly appealing! It was still relatively warm, and the room was 23-25 most days, but when trying the Air Conditioning the fans were noisy and not cooling, when pointed out to the manager he informed us that they had turned of the aircon last week - thought the provision of this was for the benefit of the guests? The fridge in the room wasn't working. The TV was tiny and ours only had 2 channels available CNN and a local channel - not a big issue but annoying not to be even able to view BBC news while getting up in the morning. (we did advise the manager of this but nothing was done) No breakfast - we were aware this would be the case when we booked the hotel, but hadn't realised how inconvenient and costly this could be! local bars were available for breakfast at a cost between 6-8 Euros each. and although we could have grabbed something from the local co-op, the area used for breakfast in the hotel had signs up forbidding guests from eating in this area! If we had realised all of this we would have booked a hotel with Breakfast included for the same price as we paid for this hotel. I had paid for a 1 litre bottle of Prosecco as it was on offer when booking the hotel, but we were only provided with a 70cl bottle that was warm in the room on arrival (placed in an ice bucket should have been how I would have expected it!), and as the fridge was broken couldn't cool it! The final minus was a Whatsapp message from the hotel while driving to the Hotel checking our arrival time, then informing us that their card machines were out of service so we would need to pay cash. They did offer a 5% discount, but with the cost of the ATM fees and conversion rate, this barely covered the cost! (And I wasn't 100% convinced this was the case as the last transaction on the hotel's till was a Visa payment!) Although we would revisit Venice in the future, probably wouldn't choose this hotel next time.

I don't know how to put this in words. I have never ever been so peaceful and happy than I was here. Love Venice and love this hotel. Very close to Rialto etc and vaporetto stops were very close by. Out stay was like a fairytale with beautiful sunny morning, someone listening classical music on the background while I was enjoying myself at the balcony. Tucked away in a quiet area, but still only a short walk from the main places like Rialto Bridge, this is an absolute gem of a hotel. We stayed in a superior room with balcony, which gives you a little extra room (Venetian hotel rooms can be a little on the small side). Lovely to sit out on the balcony for morning coffee. The host, Andrea was absolutely lovely, and very helpful. If you want a place that is small, quiet, comfortable and clean, then this is the place to be!

Thank you for a very comfortable stay in your lovely hotel. We didn't book breakfast as we were out early every day photographing the carnival masks but I understand the breakfast is very good. Very comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly host and the rooms are spotlessly clean. We'll book again next year.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti all’Apostoli Palace e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene! La stanza era principesca e ho apprezzato davvero tanto la pulizia (risistemavano ogni giorno) e la cura dell’ospite. Anche la gentilezza di chi ci ha accolto è degna di nota. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima e consente di visitare tutta la città (la più bella del mondo) con brevi spostamenti a piedi. Tornerò a Venezia e prenoterò senza dubbio la stessa stanza!

Voor onze eerste stedentrip naar Venetie waren wij op zoek naar een rustig, schoon, authentiek maar toch centraal gelegen hotel. De foto's zijn precies zoals hotel Apostoli Palace in Venetie is! Wij verbleven hier 6 geweldige dagen en waren verrast door de rustige ligging in Cannaregio, om de hoek bij een Coop, lokale fruitkraam, op korte loopafstand van prachtige pleintjes met barretjes, restaurantjes, winkels en een mooie kerk. Mooie lokale beleving. Piazzo San Marco, de Rialtobrug, gondola's, vertrekpunten voor excursies en de halte Ca D'oro van de vaporetto op het Canal Grande, zijn ook op loopafstad. Ideaal! Wij verbleven in een double kamer superior met Frans balkon aan de voorzijde. De kamer had tevens houten luiken voor extra koelte alhoewel er een airco aanwezig was. De kamer en badkamer met bad, wastafel, toilet en bidet waren superschoon en werden elke dag voorzien van schone handdoeken. Voor twee personen en een (grote koffer) was er zeker voldoende ruimte. De inrichting was Venetiaans super schattig en het bed comfortabel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en een goede incheck met uitleg. Bij vertrek (in de avond) kon de koffer bij de receptie blijven en konden we nog gebruik maken van de extra badkamer op de eerste verdieping om op te frissen. Ook kregen we informatie over de timetables van de transferbussen naar het vliegveld. Als je op zoek bent naar een authentiek, rustig gelegen, zeer comfortabel hotel op een korte loopafstand van de lokale en ook de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden is dit ZEKER je hotel!!
