卡德拉希米亞酒店(Ca' Della Scimmia - Rialto Bridge, Venice)

La posizione e’ super strategico a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto e a pochi minuti da San Marco. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era curatissimo in ogni dettaglio e con tutti i servizi che si possono desiderare. Non sono mancati consigli preziosi per aperitivi , ristoranti e mostre: tutto eccellente!

Vorab bekamen wir per Whatsapp alle Informationen zur Anreise, zum Parken und Restaurant-Tipps für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und nett. Die Unterkunft tippi toppi sauber, schick und komfortabel. Die Lage unschlagbar, in einer kleinen Gasse nur 100 m von der Rialto-Brücke. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort, aber wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Very nice place. Staff super friendly and nice. Great apar**ent to stay with kids and/or for longer stays. Very clean and large apar**ent. Easy check in/out. Very central by Rialto bridge and close to restaurants, shops ect. Would come back another time.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Unterkunft in bester Lage! Toll eingerichtet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Dazu kommt noch die wirklich toll organisierte Vorabinformation und Kontaktaufnahme durch den Vermieter und die immer herzliche Betreuung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Hotel con appartamenti MERAVIGLIOSO! Pulito, appena ristrutturato, finiture di pregio, parquet a terra, carta da parati scelta con un gusto eccellente, colori e materiali perfettamente contestualizzati, bagno nuovissimo, riscaldato e condizionato, cucine complete di tutto, tv e radio collegabili ai dispositivi tecnologici personali. Posizione super, si è praticamente sul ponte di Rialto, vicini a tutto! E comodamente collegato alla rete dei vaporetti con due fermate importanti vicine. Personale disponibilissimo e gentile, ti rispondono sempre al secondo tramite whatsapp (devo dire comodissimo). Tra l’altro ci hanno offerto gratuitamente un upgrade della stanza e ci hanno messo all’ultimo piano con una vista sui tetti magica! Se tornassi a Venezia verrei assolutamente qui!

I cannot give this apar**ent hotel enough amazing compliments! The apar**ent itself had a unique and cool decor, as well as it contained all amenities we required for a 4 day stay in Venice. It is right beside Rialto bridge and within a short walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in Venice. The property staff clearly communicated with us everything we needed to know for travel to and from the hotel, as well as lots of restaurants and options in the area. Andrea was such a delight! She provided us so much information, including providing multiple options for returning to the airport and eventually arranging a private airport taxi (boat) at the end of our stay. She allowed us to store our luggage on the day we checked out until we left later that day. I highly recommend this property!

Aconchegante! Um espaço perfeito para uma estadia curta ou mais longa. Espaço amplo, o que é luxo em Veneza! Andrea é uma excelente anfitriã, que nos faz sentir em casa. Recomendo!

Simply spotless. Very clean and cozy unit. Location is absolutely perfect. Extremely safe and easy to find. Last but not least, what a fantastic hosting staff. They will go above and beyond to ensure you can have the most enjoyable Venice’s experience. Rooms are very well equipped with everything you need to feel like being home while on vacation. Did I say how amazing the hosts are? Certainly a place I will stay again in the future.

We were met by the team, and they were very warm & welcoming throughout our stay. Thanks Andrea & Valentina! Location - Really excellent, very close to Rialto Bridge. Just a hundred feet from where the action begins, but at night it wasn't too noisy unlike alot of other locations in Venice. There are some great bakeries and shops around the flat, and if you want all the hustle & bustle, it's just a bridge away. Rooms - Although it's in a small alley, don't let that bring you down. The rooms were lovely, clean, spacious. Was quite impressed with the coffee machine, quality of coffee (well, we are in Italy!) and snacks. Getting there - If you can, take a private boat, it drops you just meters away from the space. If you take one of the bigger water taxi's, still ok, but then be ready to carry your suitcases over the bridge & the steps! Our AC's were working a little below optimal, and we managed the situation, but the team was very proactive to try and resolve it with an urgency that is appreciated. The next day itself they had the AC technician over.
