Vicinissimo a piazza San marco . Stanza piccolina ma accessoriata. Bagno senza presa d'aria e con aspiratore non funzionante. Personale reception totalmente assente. Se non si hanno grandi pretese lo consiglio solo per la posizione. Prezzi un po' Altini.

Lieu bien tenu, décoration typique, avec une hôtesse agréable qui parle français et une dame qui s occupe des chambres à l écoute. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Tout est central ! Situé juste en face de l Église San Stefano et à l angle de la place du même nom où fleurissent de nombreuses terrasses de restaurants, le quartier est agréable, animé la journée et calme la nuit! Nous avions une chambre d angle, très lumineuse, parfaite pour voir la ville se réveiller, et une literie confortable ! A noter qu un petit frigidaire est à disposition dans la pièce du petit-déjeuner ! S il faut noter un point moins favorable c est la salle de bain un peu petite… mais nous y retournerons !

Very terrible experience! I am writing this message because they are very strange people.. they do not answer any email or any phone call… i want to cancel my booking but they won t answer and confirm the cancellation so .. i think they will charge my credit card anyway. Very unpolite people and i would not stay there.

Was good location perfect to see Venice, very helpful owner , unfortunately need refurbishment , smell in room was like mould or old house. Some items is rusty and is really easy to changed, but looks like not invested in that. Cleaning could be improved- we stay 3 nights and since day one we seen in corner some hears and till the last day was still there. Tv also was showing but impossible to hear anything.

Took us ages to find since the address given to us was not clear. The name is hardly visible. Very central but although, like everywhere else in Venice, it’s very expensive and although we booked a double room, we were given a single room with a double bed in it. We didn’t even have any space to put our suitcases or even hand luggage. Fortunately we were travelling lightly and had soft bags which we stuffed into the wardrobe. The bed was against the wall so one of us had to climb in from the bottom. No bedside tables. Shower is falling off the wall. There is a charge of €8 if you need your towels changed after 1 day. Except for the location, I’m afraid this was a disappointment.
