Perfect location and staff. Rooms were amazing

Très bel hotel, très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les chambres comme les salles de bain sont propres et bien équipées. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable (et de bon conseil: choix de restaurant…). Le personnel d’accueil parle français. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Petit plus, la visite de Murano offerte. En bref, un très bon séjour.

Well, first of all this place looks like a maze. Kind of two old houses connected. The room was fine at the end. Nevertheless, in the front desk they told us we had a visit to a glass factory included... well, you know where this is going, right? We had the visit but then we realized they made it to sale glass figures in that place. Visitors should be aware of this since the beginning. We felt like scammed.

Posizione eccellente di fianco a piazza San Marco e camera superspaziosa, colazione ottima e abbondante. È stato possibile lasciare le valigie la mattina del check-in/check-out per fare un giro a Venezia. È leggermente difficile trovare dove si trova. Google Maps ti porta in una posizione diversa. Per i futuri ospiti è meglio dirigersi al Royal Hotel San Marco.

Aldeles fremragende sted. Eneste minus var, at der ikke skal tjækkes ind på den angivne adresse, men på Hotel Royal San Marco, som man lige skal rundt om en kanal eller to for at finde. Torre dell'Orologio Suites er en del af Royal San Marco. Masser af plads, venligt personale og god morgenmad. Kan absolut anbefales.

Hotel excelentemente ubicado a dos cuadras de la plaza San Marco , habitación muy espaciosa , desayuno muy completo y en un lindo lugar , lo único malo es que nos toco en un edificio donde teníamos muchas escaleras pero se sobrevive , la recepción es en el HOTEL SAN MARCO

1. The room was very nice, big and spacious 2. Equipped with a kitchenette but without any utensils and that is very strange, no cups, no glasses, no nothing! 3. The matress was sooo hard and uncomfortable 4. The bed was noisy and made sounds, very squeaky! 5. The terrazza was not made up in any way even thou there was a table and 4 chairs, but they were not assembled and the floor was dirty with bird poo all the time even tho they did clean every day....but obvious not this area! 6. The area where the hotel is is very near the saint Marks square......very good location 7. Very quiet even in the night and during the day also 8. The different bells chiming thruout the day and night can be annoying 9. The breakfast is very good but can be very cramped during the weekends due to many many people even thou you have to reserve a table 10. The staff is nice but needs to learn more and better english!

Le matelas était usé et inconfortable.Il y a une cuisinette mais aucun ustensile même pas un verre.il fallait passer par un long couloir pas trop sécuritaire pour accéder a la chambre,ce qui peut être dangereux pour une personne seule.
