卡佩特倫酒店(CaPatron)

I stayed at Cà Patron at the beginning of September with my partner, when we came to Venice for a few days. The room completely exceeded our expectations! The photos already make the apartments look lovely but they are even more beautiful in person. The apartments were incredibly clean and the host, Alessandro, was very friendly. He was always happy to help and sent us photo directions to the apartment as google maps can be temperamental in Venice. The room came with a mini fridge stocked with drinks and a basket of coffee pods (for the machine in the room) as well as snacks - all delicious and complimentary! The room also came equipped with a TV that had Netflix logged in, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was very nice. There was even a colour changing mode for the lights in there as well as complimentary skin, hair and body wash. The location of the apartment was also great as a couple minutes walk away there is a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. If you head in the other direction towards Rialto Bridge (which is only a 5 minute walk) you come across a cheap convenience shop, lots of ice cream places (including a SUSO), many more restaurants and a breadth of clothes/jewellery shops. If you are coming to Venice I really could not recommend Cà Patron enough! It is an incredible place to stay and the best experience I have had staying in a hotel/apartment.

We loved this space in Venice! Alessandro was so attentive and helpful with anything we needed and always responded quickly to questions. We were lucky to stay in two of his four rooms and both were absolutely beautiful. Coffee makers, snacks, hygiene supplies like makeup wipes and a-tips! He’s gone the xxtra mile to meet his guests needs! He even put a birthday balloon in our room for my birthday! We would highly recommend Ca Patron!!! Thank you Alessandro for making my dream trip to Venice such an amazing birthday - staying at Ca Patron was icing on the cake!!

Not too crazy about Venice but super grateful to Alejandro for his extraordinary kindness in helping 3 older Women. We were lost and had way too much luggage. Alejandro came and found us and helped to carry our luggage. The room was very nice. If you have heavy luggage leave it in Verona an just book an overnight in Venice. You need an overnight so you can get up early to get those great pics before the crowds descend. We had a bit of luggage because we are staying in Europe for several months.

O quarto fica em uma casa compartilhada, com bamheiro privativo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Alessandro, simpático, bem-humorado, sempre disponível para ajudar. Nosso quarto foi preparado com balões, espumante, água, refrigerante, cafés, chás e lanchinhos. Tinha também varios produtos de higiene pessoal e secador de cabelo! Melhor estadia e recepção que tivemos na Itália. Adoramos o lugar. Muito obrigada!

Alessandro is an amazing host and i was really surprised by the luxuious feel of the room and attached bath. Spotless. very nice & thoughtful touch with the water, snacks, tea/coffee. would def rank this on the top of the 7 locations we stayed at in itlay. If I'm ever back, will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Alessandro for your warm hospitality!

Alessandro was friendly, extremely helpful and provided excellent service. He made sure we got to the hotel with detailed directions and helped us to get to the right water bus station upon departure by walking us over! We would stay here again next time we're in Venice.

Perfetto. Le. Avere sono in una zona di Venezia lontano dal caos ma sufficientemente vicine a Rialto fondaco e San Marco per chi lo desiderasse . Per chi cerca la Venezia non caotica è la perfezione. Nuovo pulizia impeccabile camere meravigliose io davvero non so cosa si possa volere di più.

This place is stunning! And in the perfect location! Alessandro was lovely to deal with and sent us photos of the little alleyways with instructions where to go, so it made it very easy to find his place. The location is just the best! It's not too busy, compared to other parts of Venice and there are restaurants and cafes around the corner, where locals eat. It's an easy walk to all the attractions and perfectly located between the boats that go to Murano and Burano and the ones that take you around Venice. Alessandro had some great suggestions for our stay, one being to use the traghetto gondola service, which is much cheaper than using the gondola's specifically for tourists. Although we did use the one for tourists and took one near the hotel, which meant it went to the Rialto bridge, which is just magical at night. Highly recommend this place and if we're ever lucky to be staying in Venice again, we will most definitely stay at Ca Patron!

Beautiful, new, Venetian modern property with a host that cares. Easy to get to from airport water taxi and a nice walk into the tourist areas yet away from tourists when you need the silence. Room was amazing!
