羅洛吉奧酒店(Hotel l'Orologio - Wtb Hotels)

接待員順利地幫我們入住和退房。房間的景色無論白天或晚上都很棒。浴室很棒，如果有提供牙刷和牙膏就更好了。包含的早餐很美味，他們提供美味的咖啡、花生醬、水果和飲料。餐飲服務員和那裡的每個人都很友好。

Très bel hôtel, superbement situé au bord du grand canal et à 2 pas du Pont Rialto. Service au top, que ce soit à la réception, au petit déjeuner ou au bar. Service en chambre aussi. Chambre (la supérieur) confortable et bien équipée. Séjour à Venise très très satisfaisant :-)

Perfect location with great breakfast and helpful front desk staff. The room small but normal for Europe. Excellent canal view. The bed… concrete? Brick? The pillows… steel? Hardwood? Not comfortable at all by any standard for any part of the world. Unfortunate.

The room had so many issues. The lights did not work or were very hard to turn on. The air conditioning didn’t work most of the time and had to be reset by hotel staff at least 2 times a day. The beds were very uncomfortable… it was a 2 twin beds put together to feel like a full / queen. The shower drain was plugged. all of these combined made a very difficult stay, considering the high price to stay here. The hotel staff were rude. There was a couple of staff that were nice, but most of them did not seem to want to help with the issues we encountered.

This hotel is amazing and has a central location! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They offer a breakfast buffet with real food and options that isn’t just muffins and orange juice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just make sure to set up a water taxi to the hotel so you don’t have to drag your bags through the town after a long flight like I did.

The location right on the Grand Canal and a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge (remember there are only a few places to cross the grand canal!) is perfect. It felt very exclusive. Team were polite and wonderfully helpful. If I have one comment, the rooms on the side are a bit dark, which is great for staying cool but an extra light for make-up would be welcome. Stay here you will not regret it!

This was our favorite hotel during our trip in Europe. All members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the location was great. When our departure flight had been rescheduled to a much earlier morning time, the front desk staff asked if they could pack us a to-go bag of breakfast goodies to have with us when we leave in the morning. That just tells you how above and beyond the employees here go. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Posizione strategica vicino al mercato di rialto, personale cortesissimo, foto che rendono giustizia all’albergo. Lo consigliamo.

The interior was extremely cool. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. (Included Prosecco). After our stay, we took the boat from the jetty in front of the hotel to the station. Extremely cool.
