Muy limpio y recien reformado, zona cerca de San marco para ir caminando , muy buena ubicación cerca de todo. Lo que deverian cambiar son los techos de las habitacion que lo dejaron con el toque antiguo pero estan en mal estado.

As a travel agent I research all the hotels I’m going to stay in before booking. This small boutique hotel/guesthouse was a not my usual choice, but I think for my job it’s really important to stay in a number of different types of accommodation. From my research it was apparent this was a really small hotel with no additional facilities such as bar or restaurant therefore no breakfast was available. However, the previous reviews had all been fantastic so decided to take the plunge and I booked it for my husband’s birthday. Before arriving Chiara & Marco contacted us to find out our time of arrival and provide us with a comprehensive set of directions, list of events in Venice during our stay and the option to book a water taxi direct to the property. Which we didn’t book but actually wished we had! The hotel itself is a short walk from the nearby station, which itself is a fun experience navigating the small streets with a suitcase. As stated in other reviews there is a staircase to navigate to the hotel. On arrival Marco was there to greet us and provided us with a list of personally recommended restaurants and bars, (which was a great help, and we ate at some, and they were lovely). Although we arrived early our room was available and was a great size. We stayed in a Superior with canal view. (The only other room option is Superior with balcony). Recently refurbished in a modern venetian style with large double bed, mini fridge with two bottles of complimentary water daily and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Nespresso machine plus additional tea and coffee making facilities. A large bathroom with walk in shower and toiletries. With the additional wow factor when you open the windows over-looking the small beautiful canal with the singing gondolas passing. It really was something special. The location was fantastic in San Marco, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, St Marks Square, and the Grand Canal. We both absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend to friends and clients.

The concierge was very helpful. Easy to get into even though we came after reception closed. Had no problems communicating with the staff. Walls are a bit thin but that’s to be expected for an old building. Hotel was recently updated(3 years ago) AC worked great!

Absolutely wonderful property. We were fortunate enough to book a room with a Juliet balcony. One afternoon with a bottle of Prosecco that they gave us. We stood there and waved a couple hundred gondolas going by such a treat.

Truly incredible location and wonderful boutique hotel. Would highly recommend. Who wouldn’t want this view from their bedroom Window.
