El Hotel está ubicado a 50 metros del puente de La Academia cosa que no es poco te salvas de subir y bajar puentecitos con las valijas. Además para mi gusto es el puente más lindo de Venecia. Nuestra habitación la 405 estaba muy buena, esta es la 2da vez que nos alojamos y nos encontramos con el baño totalmente renovado. El desayuno está muy bien. En resumen es muy recomendable

Absolut zu empfehlendes Hotel mit Super Service. Ruhig, sauber und gut gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereites Management. Gutes Essen und exzellenter Frühstückskaffee. Insgesamt eine vorbildliche Verpflegung. Wir buchen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hôtel très bien situé juste à coté de l’arrêt bateau pour l’aéroport, face au musée de l'Accademia, de l’église St Vidal (concert), 20 mn du Rialto et de St Marc par le pont ou plus rapide en tragetto (gondole à 2euros). Chambre petite mais confortable, très calme, bouilloire avec thé et café, bouteilles eau, coca et bière gratuites, sdb neuve. Un jardin (mais j'y étais en janvier donc pas profité). Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et varié (salé sucré) Accueil très sympa. Je reviendrais.

Hotel perto de 2 estações de Vaporettos (se tivermos carro e ter de o deixar em Trochetto) e a 10 mins do centro turístico de Veneza. Quartos bem insonorizados e grandes. Terraço agradável. Com elevador. Hotel muito bem conservado e limpo. Só é pena o pequeno almoço ser continental (faltaram os ovos mexidos, o bacon e as salsichas), mas com variedade. Pessoal muito disponível e simpático. No restaurante também se come bem.

Cet hotel très bien situé vous accueille chaleureusement dans une ambiance plutôt familiale où le mot service est au premier rang. Chambre confortable, avec climatisation, salle de bain propre avec goodies, quartier calme, on se croirait chez des amis. Petit déjeuner continental et sucré très complet, digne d'un 5* avec du vrai café. Service impeccable, rarement je n'ai été aussi satisfait. Le personnel est très sympatique, la direction également

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von diesem 3 Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer war recht gross und hell, sowie auch das Badezimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. und alles war sauber. Auch die Lage war perfekt. In einer ruhigen Gegend und nur eine paar Minuten vom Taxiboot entfernt. Auch zum Markusplatz war man in ca 10min. Das Frühstück war auch ok mit sehr gutem Brot. Auch im dazugehörendem Restaurant isst man sehr gut. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das einzige, was wir nur 1x benutzten war der Lift. Das hat uns gereicht. Ich habe normal keine Platzangst, aber dieser Lift hatte es in sich. Zum Glück haben wir gesunde Beine und wohnten zuoberst ;-). Wenn wir wieder mal nach Venedig fahren, würden wir sofort das Agli Alboretti buchen.

Our first time in Venice together and the people at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Our room was great, breakfast was good but the best part of the hotel is the people. Explained how to navigate Venice, using the water bus, sites to see and when best to visit sites. We would love to visit again.

Loved our stay here - location excellent by the academia bridge - friendly staff who have great recommendations and were always willing to help or advise - lovely room. Venice sells itself but this hotel certainly helped.

Helpful staff. Hotel in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Zattere or Accademia water boat stop. Nice freshly made coffees at breakfast which was a plus. And we got 1 complimentary bottle of beer/still water/ sparkling water & coke in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. There was plenty of toiletries that they refresh daily. Lovely local restaurants in Dorsoduro within walking distance. Only 14 minutes walk to St marks square. From Marco polo airport we got the bus to Piazza Roma & then the line 2 to zattere water stop. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again if we returned to Venice. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

We were recommended this hotel because the one we have stayed in before was being redecorated. This is an absolute new favourite! Completely traditional and old-fashioned, it has all the amenities one could want, without losing any of the charm. We were delighted with our two-room apartment, which is what we got when we booked a room with three beds: a little sitting room with sofa/bed next to a bedroom. Kettle, free drinks in the mini-bar, a newly done-up bathroom, huge wardrobe, charming view, loads of space... we didn't want to go back home! Add to this the roof terrace with lemon trees and the comfy separate sitting room with a chessboard table, the amazing breakfast, and the delightfully warm welcome, and you see why we didn't want to leave. We intend to go back soon!

Wat een heerlijk hotel, zeer centraal gelegen in Venetië! Prima ontbijt! Mooi uitgangspunt om Venetië te verkennen. Ook aan te raden is om in het restaurant te eten, heerlijke locale gerechten. Kortom: aanrader!

We have visited Venice many times and have walked past this hotel ,this visit we decided to stay , and what a little gem . The room was the biggest room we have stayed in , as most rooms in Venice are small, the bathroom was spotless and our room over looked the Calle at the front. The staff were amazing. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which we can highly recommend. This is some where we will definitely be staying again Thank you to every member of staff who make this hotel what it is

Ideal situation near galleries , 2 vaporetto stations and many restaurants. Welcoming staff are well informed and very helpful.. They clearly love Venice and want you to love it too !! The hotel is traditionally furnished with a tiny roof terrace and a quiet sitting room .offering spaces to recharge after hectic sight seeing !! Our family room was clean and comfortable wth 2 well appointed bath rooms I have stayed here in several occasions and always find it an interesting and enjoyable experience .

Venice is teaming with 3 star hotels but I judge this to be the best one that I have stayed in over five separate visits to the city. The hotel has been family run for over 40 years with the current owner still managing front of house. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the quiet gentleman at the reception who is a mine of information about palazzos to visit in the city. The rooms are super clean and comfortable with the most efficient air conditioning you will come across in the whole city. You can set it to artic conditions if the heat and humidity of summer in Venice becomes too much. It is wonderful but you will find yourself turning it down when you sleep because it is so efficient. The breakfast is excellent and you must explore the fours floors of the hotel with its exhibition posters displayed on the walls acquired by the family over 40 years. The position of the hotel cannot be beaten in quiet Dorsoduro in between the Ponte Dell’ Academia and Zattere vaporetto stations. The easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is to take the Alilaguna water bus to Zattere with the hotel being a 2 minute walk away. You can buy the ticket at the airport near the departure point for 15 Euros one way. The hotel is a 20 minute stroll to St Marks Square or you can jump onto Line 1 and 2 of the vaporetto stop by the Academia bridge to get anywhere in the city. Again, this is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I recommend buying a 1, 2, 3 or 7 day vaporetto pass depending on your length of stay. It will save you money because a single ticket which lasts 75 minutes is 9.5 Euros. The main San Lucia Railway Station is a 25 minute walk to/from the hotel unless you jump onto a water bus. The wonderful Peggy Guggenheim Musuem is only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. The area is served by tons of restaurants situated in delightful squares, courtyards, alleyways and along the Grand Canal at the Zattere stop. However, the hotel also has a restaurant serving delicious local fare and drinks. When you arrive there will be a beer and a still and fizzy water in the fridge for you to enjoy as a welcoming gesture. The hotel has a relaxed attitude to guests buying food or/and drinks to keep in the room fridge, despite having a restaurant. There is a supermarket 30 seconds away from the hotel where we bought bottles of Prosecco and beer to enjoy on the terrace of the hotel on the 4th floor. The fridge is super efficient guaranteed to make your drinks ice cold. There is a safe that you can use in the room to store away your valuables, and we also used the hotel laundry service which was cheap and brilliant. The clothes were immaculate and expertly laundered and ironed. We will be staying at this hotel again when we return. Stay here. Trust me, you won’t regret it. The hotel, its rooms, staff and services and location provide an unbeatable winning combination.
