This place is listed as a 3-star hotel, and it is nothing of the sort! Don't know what you'll be paying, but we got charged at 175 EUR per night b/c of a conference in the area, so they jacked up the price. What a great disappointment! To put it simply…. It was absolutely awful! The first room that the owner (Luigi) gave us had a tiny bathroom with the toilet LITERALLY placed at 90 degrees from the sink so that one’s legs were completely under the sink with your head over the sink. It was impossible to even sit down! Ridiculous!! We asked to be moved immediately. Still, all the rooms are very old, and the carpets are extremely dirty and smell like mildew and feet all throughout, not to mention the dampness of the rooms (it was impossible to sleep with that smell). The hallways are dirty and smell of cigarette smoke all day long while the owner (Luigi) at the front desk smokes while he’s there. The fixtures are falling off the wall, and I couldn't even place my stuff on the little shelf over the sink, which was hanging at an angle. Never any tissues in the tissue box. No cushion on the OLD wicker chair in the room so you could not sit down, the pillows on the bed are hard and flat (like they are made of sacks of flour), and the bedspread was all worn and old (at least 50 years old). The TV (which was tiny) didn’t even turn on. We were extremely disappointed b/c this place, so beware of the photos shown on the website. We immediately tried to cancel the next day to move to a better hotel, but the owner said that we could not and quickly charged the entire stay to our credit card on the second day (it should be charged on the last day, I think.). Thus, we were obligated to stay the full 6 nights. It is the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. This place is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. The only positive thing that I can say is that the house cleaning & breakfast lady named “Josie”, a Filipino lady who spoke Italian to me and was always there to welcome us and do her best to accommodate us was nice! The breakfast was decent with good choices. In total, this hotel was a rip-off esp. b/c of the conference at 175 EUR per night, and it barely deserves 50 EUR per night and only 1-star. I am very sorry to have stayed here. The only good thing..... the entire week had perfect weather, so I could get out of that room asap and go bike riding for as long as possible to avoid being in there. Yup, that's how bad it was.

Hotel sporco e puzzolente abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta. Soffrendo d’asma ho dovuto ricorre al cortisone per evitare una crisi in piena notte. Non credo proprio che prenoterò ne consiglierò questa struttura

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo. Il personale molto cortese, disponibile, mi ha aspettata per eseguire il chek in fino alla mezzanotte. La camera carina, il bagno molto pulito. La colazione cmq era varia e non mancava nulla. Mi sono trovata bene. La posizione ottima. Poi ovvio l'albergo ha i suoi anni ma cmq può essere una buona soluzione per una o due notti, soprattutto se si viaggia per lavoro.

Da evitare assolutamente. Ho prenotato due camere. Entrambe con moquette lercie consunte e polverose. Tende macchiate, mobilio impolverato e macchiato. Polvere ovunque. Tanto che mi sono messa a pulire la stanza.illuminazione scarsa. Servizio di cortesia per il bagno: il primo giorno abbiamo usato due asciugamani su quattro, lasciando a terra, il giorno dopo quelli utilizzati. Gli asciugamani sporchi non sono stati sostituiti ma semplicemente tolti shampoo e bagnoschiuma inesistenti. Copriletto sporco. Colazione: pagata in anticipo a 10 euro a persona, avevo chiesto una colazione senza glutine e lattosio, ma nonostante pagata mi sono dovuta accontentare di una tazza di the. Non c'era nel buffet niente di quello che avevo chiesto. Il personale in sala non era mai presente per esporre il mio malcontento. Anche il personale di portineria inesistente. L"ho visto solo al check-in per farsi pagare soggiorno e colazione in anticipo. Dopodiché nessuno dello staff dell'hotel si è visto in giro, compreso il personale delle pulizie. Tre stelle? Non è degno nemmeno del nome di pensione di quarto livello. SCONSIGLIATO

For what I said, I got a really great deal. Bed was comfy and wasn't too far from Lido beach. Hotel staff were friendly. Facilities were great. I'd definitely stay here again

Ho viaggiato con le mie bimbe e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La villa è un pochino vecchiotta ma c'era tutto il necessario. La stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni e alla reception abbiamo trovato delle persone particolarmente gentili .Vicino al mare e comodo per raggiungere il vaporetto. Conveniente
